Declan, man I think when you said something about Judd's prediction blaming the Wilfs for Darnold starting was a few days ago when the guest said at some point Judd would put it on the Wilfs. That's why Judd didn't remember it because the prediction was made about him and not from him

Do you guys realize how much Cousins and Darnold are alike. Darnold 26 years old Cousins 36, Darnold can run better than Cousins, much better. He's like 6'3" and a pocket passer, and if KOC can do to Darnold what he did to Cousins, watch out could be a big season!

Compliment to Purple Daily: Your team, and in particular Judd, really excel at having thick skin when it comes to criticisms from the commentariat. For example, in this episode, a commenter criticized Judd and accused him for hypocrisy because he didn't include Thielen in his list of WR free agents as potential WR3s in an earlier episode. Judd could have easily been offended and shut him down with, "Adam Thielen isn't a free agent, you idiot," but instead, he explained it calmly with no sign of ire. In today's world of quick-to-anger people (esp. on social media), Judd deserves kudos for this. Declan is good at it, too, as he finds a way to make a joke out of it and be self-deprecating rather than lash out. Well done, and keep up the good work.

I look at the Sam Darnold situation a bit different. However he performs, he'll have no excuses anymore. If he can't win with the talent around him now, he'll never be a winner. Both he and the league will know he's not a very good player.
Not only will he never be a winner....
He will never start for any team in the NFL again. He will join the list of countless Backups that couldnt cut it in the league.
You could tell by dec's kinda melatone voice all show that he saw that comment about the show sucking without phil early & it's been bugging him & he was thinking about it the whole show

@LazyTelevison Flat out no, if Darnold plays incredibly well, then he is going to get paid, but it's not going to be with Minnesota. JJ Mccarthy would have to show real developmental issues before they would consider another contract.
In my opinion, I think there is a better chance that Mccarthy develops, starts, and (if Darnold was playing well) we trade Sam for some draft capital than keeping Darnold.

Just because you draft someone in the first round doesn’t mean he’s autopilot to repeat how well Darnold would have to play to achieve a NFC championship birth.
Statistically speaking there are more 1st round busts than successes. And it’s not even close.

Should've taken the PC gaming system with 48 inch 4k vesa mounted monitor. I don't even own a TV, I stream everything on my PC. With windows I can watch several games at the same time, making it a much better option than a TV because of the versatility. Surf the web, play games, edit videos etc.
I disagree with the consensus. Deks has the win, we all have phones, you can walk up stairs and grab a drink or 2 and walk back down. I want a golf simulator in my house so bad lol. After working on my club head speed I’d relax in a nice recliner, nothing beats an amazing recliner.

Case keenum was an undrafted free agent.

@@LazyTelevison I gave you an example of a this team moving off a QB that took them to the NFCCG. That 2017 season from Keenum was better than any season Darnold has ever had.
The pick Darnold was drafted is pretty irrelevant at this point in his career lol.
