Great interview! Do we know if there is any truth to something I read years ago that Miles Davis' 'Nardis' is Ben's last name spelled backwards ?!
That's what I'd always heard.
Googling the question predictably offers multiple answers and speculations. I would take all of them with a large grain of salt.
