- The 14 Club Challenge: Season 2, Episode 6. Ahead of the 2019 Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open, American superstar Rickie Fowler took on up-and-coming Scotsman Robert MacIntyre in the 14 Club Challenge. On the 180-yard par three fourth hole at The Renaissance Club, the rules remained the same: a point for every green, however, if one player uses a club, both players lose it.

For the record Rickie and MacIntyre both missed the cut at the Scottish Open in 2019. Fowler won that event in 2015. Rickie and MacIntyre played together in the first two rounds of this year's British Open. Both players made the cut on the number.
What they didn’t know was the green was actually a thing artificial turf layer over concrete.

Bob, who is from my home town challenged Rickie on Twitter. He also brought his shinty (a form of violent Scottish hockey) stick along to hit. They both used it but they lost it in the edit. You can see the shinty stick in Bob's bag.

This should have been scrapped and replaced with two players who would actually put forth the effort. These two clearly did not want to be doing this. You can tell by their attitude and lack of effort. The two of them are introverted as it is, why even put the two of them in this? Even the amateur 14 club challenge was better.
