    All for Karla! If you know about Okean, one of my favorite yacht builders, you know about that name. These are amazing yachts

    This boat checks a lot of boxes, as it should at 52'.

    Would have been nice to see that crew space/storage area. Owners cabin a bit undersized.

      I agree and when these spaces are used for storage it never shows well on video. I know because we have tried. Re: Owners Cabins she is smaller than some in class but larger than others. A boat in the 50-60 range always must sacrifice something.

    Just took some pictures of one of these tied up on the Chesapeake..... Nice looking boat. I like the track aft deck. Don't like so much the extending side decks.... too easy for things to fall off.

    1.8M and the engines have 400 hrs on them? What the dimensions of the beds in the 3rd cabin, they don't look like they're big enough for adults? I like the trawler style but for the same, or less $, I'd get the Galeon 500 fly instead.

      The owner just reduced the price 200k. A new Okean 52 retails at 2.2 and delivers in about a year and change. While admittedly the top bunk rivals that of an MRI machine the bottom bunk is over 6' long and the dimensions of a twin bed so it can sleep 1 adult comfortably or 2 cozily.

      @@thebeardedbroker it's still a bit overpriced considering the options in this size and that 3rd cabin needs to be rearranged like the 500 fly and most other boats in this size. I do 🤔 why the hot water tank is under the master cabin bed vs in the engine room.

      @@vannevels6758 All valid questions. Luckily I am the one who gets to sell and I don't have the weight of design choices and naval architecture to consider.
      What do you think a fair market value price is?

    • @vannevels6758
      @vannevels6758 11 месяцев назад

      @@thebeardedbroker ROFLMBAO! Given the "fair market value" of it's ONLY rival, given the differences in individual specs, Galeon 500 fly, I'd say 1.65, maybe 1.55, with a decent amount of mirroring head nods and questions that only have "yes" as the answers. Ultimately, how "motivated" is the owner and how readily available is his/her "step up" boat? Now, if Absolute did fold down sides on their boats, they'd almost rule the 48-65 segment. Until catamaran makers FI-I-I-INALLY got off they're asses and followed suit. But wtf do I know, know. Ya know?

      @thebeardedbroker 11 месяцев назад

      @@vannevels6758 I think you know more than most. All your points make sense. You have a good grasp of the market as well as the motivators in a seller's decision making process. You hit probably one of the most important point being the availability of the next boat.

      @thebeardedbroker I did make it to the owner's/primary cabin. You kept it somewhat interesting, considering what amenities and accommodations this boat had to offer. My choice, however, would be the Galeon 560 in comparison... I do like the external shape and look of this boat, however.

      @@originalmindset5278 Love that Galeon 560 intuitive layout features for those spending real time onboard. In my opinion, the Okean 52 competes more w/ the Galeon 500 which to my knowledge is the original innovator of the fold down decks.

      @thebeardedbroker I can agree on with your statement FULLY. The 500 would have been a much better comparison. Good luck in your future endeavors. 👍🏿🍻
