Story 1: No the place for Little Miss Homeowner Association Queen would be prison for a very long time!
For the first story I would still put camera's up just to be safe.
I would have called a lawyer immediately and sued the HOA board and pursued criminal charges.
ANY realtor would know absolutely no HOA has the right to sell someones home
They unfortunately do, just certain hoops need to be jumped through first, being a member and liens from unpaid fines being the 2 crucial ones.
@@sjmcc13 none of that gives an HOA the ability to sell someone elses property. Its theft.
Don't know where some of these residents of an HOA community live - State or Country? However, having worked in law offices, no one can just sell a piece of property without valid documents to prove they own it. Realtors know this, so can't understand how any HOA could get away with this BS. HOA laws need to be re-looked by the government or whomever is in charge of licensing them to ensure their "laws" are not dictatorial or illegal. Also, an accounting must be made mandatory of every dime they collect - with every single receipt. All these stories I've heard over the years don't seem to have any residents demanding an accounting of their funds.
HOAs draw Karens.
I just feel sorry for all the perfectly nice and reasonable ladies out there who happen to be named Karen!
A realtor that is honest would know hoa can’t sell someone house
Good afternoon from London Ontario Canada
The second story, never get your legal advice from a TV show or the internet. Also never ignore the police, it's just not smart, get proper legal advice and let your attorney deal with the police. If you don't know the actual laws you very well might cause a problem for yourself. I'm a 30 year law enforcement officer with a Masters in Criminal Justice and most younger folks think they know the law and their rights but let me tell you most don't. Educate yourself when dealing with police.
HOAs should be illegal to begin with.
I hope he reported the realtor
Is it a soul fraud
Not much of a childhood
Story 2 OP you need to tell your parents to check the Bible about family..
