Well this was almost a full week of Will's work, but I do agree! We need more Will doing beatiful stuff that he's really good at and not just finishing Alec's stuff for him.
I absolutely cannot wait for the next “headcheese” video your videos are absolutely next level in terms of quality of video alongside topic as well you could make paint drying interesting man love to see you comment on other channels❤️❤️😂
When Will was introduced to the channel I didn't know if i would like him or not, being a long time fan of Alec wasn't sure how he would measure up. However he has become a great addition to the show bringing some top notch talent, a good personality and sense of humor. I really enjoy watching his solo segments, but also Alec and Will playing off each other for comedic relief. Keep up the great content guys!
It's nice to see such an impressive tool (and work of art) be made, with absolutely no megalomania going on. Your guys' great attitude and work ethic keep me coming back as much as your projects themselves.
Really love that this channel has become a collaborative journey. I'm sure it was probably scary moving out to Montana and opening up a shop together. And introducing Will to an already established audience. But you guys mesh so well on camera, and your personalities not only complement each other, but are different enough that I REALLY enjoy videos where it's just one of you ,and REALLY enjoy when it's both of you. It's a great channel dynamic. Hope one of these days the channel gets renamed to Steele and Stelter. Great content, keep up the great work. And congrats on selling out the shop so quickly.
The heat coloring on the blade, bolsters, and back bar are absolutely stunning. Phenomenal work Will. I love getting to see you both learn things and then mold them into your own styles as time goes on like Alec and his jewelry and engraving work. I hope to see Will use the canister technique he learned, and the heat coloring in the future.
This turned out beautifully! Really gave me throw back vibes to when Alec made his first folding knife. These newer videos sometimes miss the fun of you explaining through how to make these things! :)
my favorite knife that I saw made in 2019 was a 13 inch 5160 kukri that happened to be made by me and I keep it with me at all times when it is legal to do so XD
I know this is late, but I love the proud look on Will’s face when Alec is reviewing it And it’s well deserved, that is an absolutely insane piece of craftsmanship! 🙌

Gentlemen, out of all of the items you both have made (that I have seen, and I have not watched all of your videos), this is my absolute favorite! Great job Will, you continue to show your amazing workmanship! Keep up the great work gentlemen!
I'm just completely blown away by this piece. The Damascus pattern, the coloration, the mammoth ivory and filing all come together to make such an unbelievably lovely instrument!. When you guys put it all together in collaborations the results are just spectacular! I feel for the editing because there was so much going on to try and capture all of that in a way that we could follow as viewers.
As a heavy knife enthusiast/collector...that knife makes me feel tingly inside. You can see how smooth that is, it looks gorgeous. Will, that is stunning, and it may be my favorite thing I've seen on this channel so far.
I doubt he'd sell it! At least until he made a better one (if that's possible!). For me, this is the first of their creations that I actually *covet* rather than "Oh, that looks pretty darn good!"
Wow what a gorgeous piece, no surprise there after seeing many of Will's chef's knives, etc... Congrats on Will for making and finishing his first folder, definitely a lot of detail work that can be overwhelming for some. I remember when Alec made his first and only folder. Thanks to Josh Smith for helping him along, the craftsmen community is a good one and most love to pass their knowledge along.
