Cause if you have dry hair clarifying shampoo as i am would be bad for you alone i think you should buy the co wash edit: clarifying shampoo doesnt matter just use 2 times cause thats perfect for coarse/curly and wavy but if its dry just get the co wash on days if its still dry buy the leave in condtioner as last resort.
Also i havent been shampooing for like 3 weeks so i might do 1 or maybe 2 but no poo is good for me but i still recommend a clarifying shampoo per month as lance said to get rid of it
