If anything goes wrong with mental or physical condition, you should return home. I always regret that we did not send my dad home in time.

I appreciate how you value your culture and way of life as you do. Western values have been forced to be the same across all nations and pride in ones nation, people, or culture are thrown away but it is crucial for society to exist, otherwise we are just people who live near each other with no shared values. I appreciate Uganda government not bending to pressure from foreign forces. Please continue to share your life, I very much appreciate what you're doing.

I spent only 3 months working in Netherlands. When I came back home to Poland I was smiling all the time. Everything was so fresh as I would have seen it first time in life, I felt in love with my flat, with my city, I enjoyed everything at that time because I missed home so much. I’m sure everywhere in Uganda will be astonishing and wonderfull for me as a first timer ❤️
I know the main turist attraction are gorillas but I think I’m gonna skip it as the permit is a bit costly for me but I will go for Chimpanzees maybe ;-)

Oh i liked this a lot. Since we often hear about the differences of Ugandan culture versus American culture, it seemed like two different worlds. "At home in Uganda" seemed like something so very different than "at home in new york." This video showed how to travel from one to the other, with airports as the gateway tying both together. Ive never been to Africa, but ive been to islands. After landing on an island, familiar things like airport, rental car, restaurants eventually lead to your destination, where slowly a different way of thinking and living fills your soul from the inside, warm and calm, sunny, joy for simply being, and the importance of people in your life. That is what this video looked like to me.
Please show us what you're eating, looks good! 🙏👍 Would love to see more of the traditional Ugandan cuisine and more of daily Ugandan life 🙏🙏🙏

Was scrolling through the shorts and saw 2 of her shorts and I'm now subscribed and looking for full length videos. Love her calming voice and the way she talks about her way of life. I'm American and I knew Africa is beautiful and has tons of history but after seeing her talk about the community aspect has me wanting to learn more. I will say as a member of the LGBTQ community, I do like the feeedom I have in America but otherwise Africa seems perfect. I just don't know how accepting of me they'd be...but I now really want to visit/see and learn more from this channel 😍
I mean it will depend of the country in Africa. Usually there are muslims dominant and christians dominant country. This factor can influence how the LGBT community is perceived. But usually foreigners are welcomed and most people will be friendly. And there will also be greedy people trying to scam foreigners. But like everywhere you must chose your company wisely. Nevertheless you will always find faithful people. As an african christian I must love and respect everybody. I am aware that people face temptations like I do so I must not be quick to be judgemental. That does not mean that I will condone your lifestyle because I am instructed that it is harmful. But I give you all my sympathy with the struggles you can endure for being "different". I enjoy your open mindedness, seeing you interested in foreign culture and watchin an african youtuber. So if one day you come to visit Africa, I wish you will have wonderful memories. God being gracious.

You smile more when you're in the freedom of your home. One of the things I found fascinating with your arrival in Uganda is the lack of graffiti. Or maybe I didn't see it, but that's a problem I see in a lot of American cities, and I didn't see it when you landed in Entebbe.
