Cold Take: Lego needs to expand the Horizon lineup besides just the Tallneck (which is awesome)
A big chance for that to happen as the LEGO Horizon game is... on the horizon. They have a detailed Thunderjaw model in that, there is even a shot from the trailer I used in the video. -Mike
I skipped on Tallneck, hoping one day Lego may release a Thunderjaw. It's possible.
The LEGO Horizon game is coming shortly! I would be highly surprised if LEGO completely passes on more Horizon sets.
Why would you skip the Tallneck though? One of the few good sets these days.

Yep, it’s bigger than minifig scale, UCS scalish. The model in our video is minifig scale :)

the issue is if you make it more close to actual thunder jaw it will be very flimsy and weak
