- 'Chrisley Knows Best' star Julie Chrisley's prison sentence for her 2022 convictions will be reconfigured, after appeals judges discovered an error from her original sentencing last week. Julie's daughter, Savannah Chrisley, predicts on Instagram that her mother 'will be coming home sooner, rather than later.' Julie and husband Todd Chrisley have been in prison since January 2023, following their convictions for bank fraud and tax evasion.

Yes several. Bank fraud and tax evasion for several years.
If it were your loved one, would y'all be saying the same thing? "Let them rot" "they're guilty" I'm guessing none of the perfect people in here who commenting hateful things have ever had someone close to them end up on the wrong side of the judicial system. I've had cousins and even a stepbrother in jail for things, while i don't condone what they did, i absolutely wanted them out and home with family and know they're taken care of. I worked in a women's prison.
I agree we would feel different if it was our loved one. But, the justice system wouldn't care. It's hard to feel bad for people that get special treatment that you or I wouldn't get. They were found guilty, so they should get the same sentence that the non rich and famous would receive. And I do love the Chrisley's

Considering Julie was originally sentenced to 7 years in 2022, this sounds like more than a 'minor victory'.
It will interesting to see what she does when Mom comes home to help others in the same situation. I’m sure she’s itching to get a reality show again and it will all be forgotten.
