I notice at the start you slide your back foot back to the stomp pad as you are pushing down with your front foot. Do you always slide your back foot back on every dock start? Great skills thanks for posting.
Yeah most of the time I slide it back, it’s just become natural now because my foot just kindve adjusts because I’ve fallen off so many times they just know where to put the weight. If that makes any sense 🤣
Hey great advice. What's your weight and with that front wing, what's the longest you've been able to pump with no wind or wave assistance. Just pure flat water pumping.
Yeah it is a fair bit different to most techniques, but like I said I’ve fallen off so many times my feet and weight kind’ve automatically adjust so I can stay stable and get pumping power.
Great video abs tips. Keep up the great work. I am considering getting the same board for ladder starts. Any idea of what the weight of the board is? And it appears to be a fairly thin board making it easy to grab / hold…would you agree?

Interesting technique: you lift and move your back foot after you land… I haven’t seen that before, must folks keep their back foot in place…
