I'm unable to continue the Sonic Unleashed PS3/360 game. Why can't I even yet go on the Cool Edge night stage even I have probably did the same important things first and have least enough moon medals, what I have to do first, forgot or again better?

Kinda late but IIRC you have to finish all the other assigned levels first. Ask Pickles for it.

How did you disable the fight music?
Downloading the stage music and playing it through the system's music player.
