- What the heck is a Disney Rash!? I'd never heard of that before. It's already gone now, but Ally had a crazy time at the end! The Disney World Family Vacation is over! Thanks for watching it all! You've done your duty! Now time to get home and have some more adventures!

Awwwww. Poor Ally. So proud of London pushing her around. That’s a good kiddo. :)
I went to the World's Fair in NY and saw the Carousel of Progress! I was even selected to turn the lights on the skyline in the evening (they selected two people, one from the west coast and one from the east coast). It was a great World's Fair (I was a young teen). I even had my first microwave hot dog there. Now that's progress.

At last you have documented the real Disneyworld experience: ride breaks down exit to a torrent of Florida rain. Reminds me of all of my visits to Orlando.
Ally looks irrepressibly CUTE in that rain poncho! Hope that rash heals quickly - looked painful.

First time I thought it was poison ivy from Tom Sawyer island. Second time I thought I was allergic to my new shoes. Third time I figured out it was the heat and later leaned the term Disney rash. And yes it can be miserable.
Love all the WDW videos! London is so thoughtful to help with Ally's wheelchair. Glad you guys had fun!
A lil tip for the future with regard to the Disney rash (cause my mom and I both get that at WDW)-Compression Socks! They don't cure it completely but they help with the itching, etc...making it all more tolerable.
I got one of the most high maintenance Disney world souvenir I adopted one of the Disney horses at the tri circle d ranch

I get this "Disney Rash on my lower legs and neck (on exposed skin around my shirt collar) every time I go to Disney World during the Summer months. I never knew it was a "thing"! Thanks!
We'll be going to WDW soon. We stayed at the Polynesian before. That's when we discovered the Ohana restaurant. We now go there every time we vista WDW.

Also, I was wondering, did you ever get a chance to see "America Sings" It was like Carousel of Progress, but with American Folk Songs. That was one of my favorite rides when I was a kid (along with the tiki room).

I never heard of the Disney Rash until this post. I go twice a year but thankfully I have never encountered any issues with it yet. Thank goodness for air conditioning and wheelchair rides! Sorry your last few days weren't ideal, but it was great that you got to spend some family time and make some great memories! COP is one of my favorites, that and the People Mover. I love the attractions that Walt had a personal hand in.
Gee whiz that stinks that it rains when you're at the Magic Kingdom! Not Carousel of Progress sounds fascinating I'd love to go and visit that. Thank you Justin Allie and London for giving us all a little bit of the magic

Hey Justin, did you, Ally or London ever read the Kingdom Keepers books? They are all about Disney after Dark and the old VMK game (a good video topic!). It's about imagineers, holograms, and the Disney villains. You guys should read them if you haven't!

What a great kid London is to help out. I live in CA and wished Disneyland had the magic bands.
Too bad to hear about Ally's "Disney Rash". At least you guys still managed to have some fun before heading back home. I always have to do a stop-by at the Polynesian as well. Great food choices upstairs and if you hang around downstairs, cookies brought over to you! Head over to Trader Sam's for a themed drink! Greta photos to finish off!
We stayed at the Contemporary and Animal Kingdom Lodge last time we went to WDW. It was December 2018 and it was cold and rainy. Although we didn’t get the Disney rash, I did come back with a souvenir or bronchitis.
The Carousel of Progress has optical beam sensors at the stage. If someone gets out of their seat and breaks the beam, the show will repeat.
Your videos put a smile on my face after a long day of work
We were in California in July. I got the “Disney “ rash the day we went to Universal Studios Hollywood. It was horrible, and ended up blistering. I’m glad that Alli’s is doing better.

So great to see your lovely family together having fun. So many of our friends and my husband got leg rashes this past spring, that resembled Ally's. Painful swelling and itching on the legs. 3 doctors said it was medically called "cellulitis" and required a particular antibiotic for skin disease, in order for it to heal. Soaking the legs in epsom salts seemed to relieve some of the pain and redness as well. Lasted about 2 months with my husband because he has other underlying health issues. I wonder if that's what Ally's rash was. London is such an adorable, thoughtful young man, with Ally.
the doctor thought that is what i had too at first but what ally had (and me) is called vasculitis ( i have a lot of leg issues too ) ....basically your tiny blood vessels under your skin burst and have no where to go. Cellulitis is slightly different as it involves the actual skin cells and has different causes.and treatments (had that too) ...the golfer's vasculitis as it is commonly called is caused by the reflection of the sun off of the ground in certain conditions. it can happen in the grass (hence the golfer name) or on walkways. 100 SPF sunscreen is the best way to prevent it with shorts ...it can even occur with long pants on. It happens on the shins and calfs since they are closest to the ground and at the right angle for the sun's rays to hit.
London, You are turning into an awesome young man, way to go Buddy! Ally will always remember that !

When I went we stayed at the beauty and the beast hotel we took a small boat to the magic kingdom every day it was really fun :)

Poor ally. I got the same thing last year when we went to Orlando in July. My ankles tripled in size! After a week at home they were back to normal. Worth it for a trip to Disneyworld. Going October this year. Hopefully a bit cooler. Loved your video. Always learn something new for our next trip x
If you get it once it will happen again....use SPF 100 on your legs. Reapply every so often during the day. It does help prevent it.
Leaving Disney is always sad. Hopefully you guys will make it back to Florida again soon, I really enjoyed the Florida videos

Carousel of Progress is my favorite attraction, too bad London didn’t get to experience it in its entirety. Oh well, I hope he gets on it in the near future. Loved the video! I’m glad you had a magical family vacation. Thanks for bringing us along to share some of it!

Great Choice Ally (despite the breakdown), Carousel of Progress was always one of my favorites when it was in Disneyland Resort in Anaheim.

aww...poor Ally. I feel you..it is very painful and feels like a bizarre sunburn. I had that on more than one trip before i found out what it was and how to prevent it. Aside from the Disney rash name it is also called Golfers Vascullitus (sp?) and basically your blood vessels under your skin burst and have no where to go. It is caused by the reflection of the sun off the ground. Best prevention when wearing shorts---100 (yes one hundred) SPF sunscreen reapplied regularly throughout the day.(every 3-4 hours is good) . Feel better .

Fort wilderness is beautiful! I’ve been lucky to stay there in a trailer for a week.
Holy cow i went to magic kingdom last Friday and the same exact thing happened on the Carousel of Progress, the scene repeated 4 times and the ride people blamed it on someone who was standing up. Eventually began to move and we all applauded 😂
CoP is my favorite too! I don't know if I'd still love it after stalling though.
