- How To Become Nurse New Zealand Australia New Zealand Overseas Nursing Registration Without Agency via CGFNS , all information I am sharing is only my knowledge and experience and I am not an expert in this area . To be eligible to register there are seven standards for registration that you must meet to make sure you are safe, competent and prepared to nurse in New Zealand. Documentation required to meet these standards is described in the CGFNS Applicant .You must be able to provide evidence that you have practised nursing for at least two years (including 2,500 hours) within the last five years, as defined below.

Hi Soumya, My ques is regarding Emplyoment history. When CGFNS asks for Reference, what do they particularly ask. Do they ask jus name and email id of a particular person?
I had been working in a hospital back in India, but now that hospital has been closed. So will that be a problem as it would be difficult to get in contact with my supervisors and also they might be either not working presently or may be working in different hospital.

What is the best way to contact cgfns?
After payment I received a mail stating that my status is 'Waiting for documents' but when i click on to view order requirement detail, the page does not have any of the list you showed in here.. and says percentage complete- NaN%. Also when I go to My Profile its again asking me to fill out some of my detials and even after submitting it still isnt going any forward

Thanks for your feedback. I have given my old experience in India and other places but CGFNS only asked to submit references from my last 5 year work places. Hope it help 🙏

@@janij846there are 3 levels and your salary would go high as your experience typically. level 1 , one to 8 years experience, level 2 one to 4 years experience and level 3 Ind to 4 years experience

I would like to know about NZ and Australian Nursing registration and PR. I was working as Band 4 in Uk for the last 5 years, and recently I got NMC reg.in that case can I apply for New Zealand reg. and is it possible to provide Band 4 working hours (2500 hrs) for the New Zealand reg. Or it must be a from nursing background ( after the NMC reg.). If you don't mind could you clarify my queries?

You can go to any post office and they will charge you 12 something pound and give you notarized documents but you need to bring the photocopy first
