It's what every person has asked themselves at least once before. How do I get rich? How can I make the most money possible? How to become a millionaire?
I get it, being rich is sick, but have you really ever considered how much it actually takes to get there? It's a lot, and this is going to have side effects. This is the reality of getting rich, and why you should actually aspire to be wealthy... in every way possible.
Anyway, here's the reality of getting rich.

Very true, but the (or one of many) authors, was Socrates. Not sure if he inherited the knowledge from Chrysippus or Zeno. I think it was along the lines of ‘the wealthiest is not he who has the most riches, but he who is most content with what he has’

That's also the case for people that are poor. They also have a limiting people that money is bad. Money is just options. Options to do WHATEVER you want, WHENEVER want. That is powerful. Time to spend with family, time to travel, etc... That's why I teach people about real estate investing on my RUclips channel!

I love how Aperture approaches nihilism and existential dread with such nonchalant acceptance. This, I think, is the art of it.
The thing that'll make me happy is a quiet life. Not worrying about money, going to work, thinking about retirement. Just, waking up in the morning. Think about what I should cook for breakfast. Do some morning reddit up voting. Read that book I have had on my bookshelf from years ago. Go for a morning run. Maybe also adopt a cat. In all, I just wanna spend life not worrying about money. The other things are fine to worry about. Just not money.

The best advice I ever received was from my father, "Do what you like to do & if you can make money at it, so much the better." Another GREAT video!!! Watching gave me some chills at how truly happy I have become the last 10 years. I may not make millions, but living out my childhood dream & making a decent living from it, doing the things that I've always wanted to do.

I like Aperture because although he uses stock footage, like other channels, at least he colour grades the scenes to create cohesion throughout the video and he also throws in the text scenes which are really effective and interesting.
When watching videos from other informational RUclips channels, you could literally just close your eyes and listen to their voice only and it would not make a difference...

Loved this. I used to be so focused on how to get rich but then I finally realized that this shouldn't be my goal. To find the answer to "what will I do after I get rich?" soon became my next quest. After that the real journey began and the money just started flowing in effortlessly. Follow your passion and try your best to be a better version of the 'yesterday you'

And he was at the top of his class while in college. I'm not saying that it's necessary for you to get a college degree, but it helps in some ways. Also you could just be smart, intelligent, hard working and *incredibly lucky* and become like Gates without even going to college. There are so many factors and circumstances contributing to success, it's unimaginable; you can act upon some of those circumstances, but there's no way you can control every factor and change every circumstance. The best thing is to just try your best.

You can combat this by having a nearly unaccomplishable goal with many sub goals to get there; you’ll be satisfied by completing the sub goals and excited for the end game

In my honest opinion, it is the pursuit of happiness and the whole journey That is what is satisfying. It's not really getting it or achieving your so called goal or dreams. I think happiness is not something we can truly feel forever. But rather something we can pursuit and feel for a brief moment. I might be wrong.

I have thought of this too. If I were rich I asked, "what then?". Knowing me, and this is how I am now. I improve things in my life. I'm not rich but I bought these hue lights to uplift myself and give my apartment a good vibe, but I'm still looking for more. to me, what keeps me going is the tech. I also fantasize about working with big tech companies like LG to get the latest tech and become fabulous. But I also know that having tech won't make me happy into a mental level. I look for love to fill that empty part of me. I hate the feeling of needing love but honestly, no one can live without it. I know I can't. Sometimes to be rich is having a special partner to share emotions with.

well, when you're starting a business you have to deal with the competence and you'll have to put some of them down in order to grow, however, that doesn't mean that you'll become a bad person or something like that, you're just playing this big game called economics
even though the competence will lose, you'll still improve many other people's lives and maybe the competence will re-merge again

If you meant your filled by bad company while being rich then you are in a very precaurious situation.
The reality is that company, be accompanied by others brings in so many many risks. It is better to think wisely and choose carefully.

The thing is that you can never satisfy yourself and that itself is the fun! The thrill is in the journey, not the destination. That’s why people get this sadness when they reach a goal and then whats next? You have to keep setting goals, you can never end, it never stops. Once you find yourself at the top, throw yourself down again, like David Goggins says, and climb a new mountain. Happiness, in my opinion, comes from its pursuit, not its attainment.
