007s is better for another reason.unlike vanda which is brain-dead shockwaves and pn boost, the 007requires you to have good nitro management and promotes skill growth which can be transferred to other cars while vanda just kills your skill.

007s is better on longer more straight tracks with generous nitro bottles
Vanda is better for shorter more twisty tracks with little nitro bottles

Straight, twisty and combo tracks like pearl of the Orient bit twisty bit straight
Vanda actually has an advantage on straight tracks because it can keep PN boost for longer. In twisty tracks, the SCG's better acceleration will give it a bigger advantage when coming out of drifts. The SCG also has a tighter drift than the Vanda.
