Same bro I had the time of my life!! My friend and I where on the fence right near the first turn for moto 1 and moto 2 we went up to the top of horsepower hill and had such a good view. I will never forget it! Deegan was flying in moto 2. Chase, AP And Anderson was too! Such a good time
It wasn't a surprise to me that Deegan took another win, but I still think he'd be close to, if not, perfect, if he didn't have so many of those crashes. I was very encouraged by Tom Vialle's performance. He won the first moto, but he did not let Deegan go without a fight. Chance Hymas should get the award for toughest rider after what happened at Spring Creek (despite I do think he did not do anything wrong to Deegan). Good stuff as usual, Cooksey! I'll be looking for your 450cc video.

I love Washougal for personal reasons. It is the only track I actually rode a LONG time ago when I used to be faster. It is just a beautiful place overall. Great place to go. I have not been there in years but it still looks amazing. In my opinion the best dirt in motocross that amazing chocolate cake.
I have stated this numerous times. Haiden Deegan is to Motocross what Dale Earnhardt Sr was to Nascar. He makes watching ( whether from home, or in person) Motocross exciting again.
Deegan is prolly the best thing to happen to this sport since Pastrana especially since they have the youtube channels that are helping grow the sport of motocross and supercross
I believe he'll go down as the best to ever ride as long as he stays healthy and races for a good 15-20 years. He'll break more records than Stewart and Carmichael. That's just my take...I think the kids got the juice 🤷♂️
Last year at unadilla is where Haiden caught and was about to pass Hunter and JCoop (I think it was JCoop) for the lead and take back or tie Hunter in points again til his bike blew and ruined his chances. Hopefully his bike can hold up this time, but he looked really good at dilla up until that. Atleast if it happens again he has a huge cushion this time

Also not sure why people keep talking about Deegan and the 450 class. He had a minimum of 3 years on a 250 b4 moving up and that’s if he goes and wins both titles the next two years
They talk about him because Sexton wasn't beating Jett (or Hunter before Jett went out). And we want an American in the 450s to root for who can kick most everyone's butt on a regular basis. Now that Jett's out & Hunter's struggling to perform as well w/o his little bro leading the way, Sexton is gaining some momentum ... not crashing out & looking like he's actually hungry for the win. Maybe folks will be happy to let Danger stay in 250s to get fully developed before moving up.
If he does this the rest of the year and carries the momentum into a sx title I think they could bump him up for outdoors, esp if eli or coop retires. I don’t think he should move up yet but I think if one/both of those guys retire there’s a chance you see him on a big bike before 2026

It has to be hard on amateur phenoms to smoke everybody at any track, then jump into a class that takes everything you have to run top 10! That has to be hard on the psyche. just posted this on Vital he is the only up and coming 250 racer who is likely able to take it to lawrence in 25 (some rumors, which I'm for) or 26. when bradshaw moved up, I admit no one saw mcgrath being part of the equation so quickly, but could that happen again? it won't. lawrence is going to effing thrive on this new CR. it's a CR he and hunter helped build. think about that. this could be the greatest matchup in the sport's history, and like many of you I'm a historian of the sport. the difference in attitude, race craft, and riding style are a perfect storm. whether you like him or not (and if you don't then why) haiden is a modern day bob hannah.

If you listen to the post race, Tom actually had hurt his hand earlier in the week and he was quite happy to settle his second especially with that track was quite brutal. If you went down at speed, you would’ve gotten pretty banged up, so Tom played it safe and probably the better way of doing it. It was not for the title. It was not for anything other than bragging right so the race and he played it safe. I think that’s the way you gotta go for longevity. Tom’s gonna be there in the 250 class again next year I’m guessing for the title so See how it goes .

The prize money is public but that's not where the real money is. The factory guys get significant bonuses from the teams, especially if they win the championship. Jett winning everything last year made about $10m between prize money, bonuses, base salary, merch, endorsements, etc.

Not True. This is Ryder D's 3 rd season. He raced the 2022 outdoor season for PC. I remember him getting good starts and running up front a few laps at Fox raceway in 2022 to start that season.

Vialle was never the Fastest in his World GP ..he was Consistent and was there at the End of the Race up front or Winning/Podium finishes....he is getting better and needs to find that extra Speed to beat Deegs.... like Jett...it is hard to beat someone able to go into Boost mode to win...

When do you think Deegan should move up to 450? Or when do you think he will move up? If i was him id stay in the 250's as long as possible because he has a good chance to keep on winning in the 250s like he's been doing and be the winninist 250 rider of all time. The chances of him being the winninist 450 rider of all time are alot lower. Thats my thought.
