I started my professional career as a musician with Indiara by my side playing harmonica with me, we had the duo called "Double Blues" and it helped me so much to learn how to behave onstage, how to perform as a duo (you need to fill the blank spaces because its only the guitar and the harmonica) and also I could feel how musicaly connected we are! I've played with many people and I thank all of them the opportunity I had to learn some and trade inspiration, but never felt anything like when playing with Indiara.. I feel like I met her in another incarnation, another life! Its pretty amazing... I love you so much Indiara, as my best friend and as my musical partner! I wish you all the best in the whole World, you really do deserve it! Congratulations to Tiago Juk my dear friend that I had the lucky opportunity to have that guitar "duel"! You're awesome! and also the whole band and crew, pretty amazing! I'm a lucky guy to be part of all this !

Rick, my man, you are an inspiration to me. I have played the guitar for a long time and I've taken a good look at many gifted musicians and their styles. But when I listen to you I remember why I love music and why I love the guitar and why I started playing. Because I just ENJOY it so much! That is worth more than any flashy technique in the world. Then I took up the harmonica because of Indiara and I've been enthralled by her sound ever since. So you two... you TWO have a special place in my musical pantheon. So thank you for the music 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and let's hope one day I might get to meet you in person.

From there I searched for THAT HARP , GUITARIST, SINGERS! I think that you all fit together to create Magic. The other members can help the chemistry come together with their intangibles. Talented people have drive & ego which raises their craftsmanship. Songs are a small part . Life behind the scenes either nurture or deconstruct the assembly of the ensemble. Love your work in NJ.
She has got to be one of the best in the world on that thing. Every note hits your soul.

I’ve been playing harmonica over 50 years
Mostly in the folk rock tradition of Dylan and Donovan and james taylor
About 5 years I was able to play harp in a blues band and take lessons from a Bay Area harp maestro Josh Howell
Then someone sent me an Indiara video about 2 years ago and I was hooked
Indiara you set so many new standards for harp
You play so clean simple and musically and always in the service of the song !
And on top of it all you are a woman in what used to be a male oriented genre and you make it all your own beautiful style !

All my life I am looking for the dream instrument that will fill my soul with music and sunshine. When I was a kid my dad tried to teach me play violin but it wasn't my thing. For a very long time I thought my instrument would be a guitar, but I never had a time or that's what I was telling myself. Last year just by chance I came upon Indiara's Improvisation in Cm on RUclips! It was a blast! I listened to that instrumental a whole day! The next day I bought harmonica and started to "play". When she launched this cours probably I was the first to buy it. I love this woman, her passion and her sound that gives me chills every time I listen to her. Thanks to her I found my harmonica and I love that instrument very dearly. I found that lost and for too long never found part of myself in its sound. Thank you, Indiara!

Not only is Indiara Sfair gorgeous but she is a hell of a harmonica . My mother played harmonica as well. I have memories of her playing it when I was around 5 years old. She never played in a setting but she did play it at home. I am 54 now and both parents passed away now but it does bring back memories.

I ran across the group milk n blues and was floored. Found a lot of other songs of theirs but the glorious female on the harp was no longer with the group. I had to find her and thank God I did!!! She has an absolute electric persona on stage.

I've seen other (noodlers) who can play extremely fast, but it isn't really music. This lady hits musical grand slams. I'd take classes if I was younger and didn't smoke cigarettes (don't smoke!!!).

So I just discovered this the other day. I wish this were released as a live album.
I am currently in another harmonica course (This guy named WILL has already altered my skill set to a ridiculous level). But she has a finesse that I love so much. The skill on the second and third positions (lower end) testify to her economy of phrasing; there are no extra, superfluous or wasted notes. She has a syncopation in her pocket interpretations that set her apart from everyone. "Jumping Funky" is a post-graduate example of style, pocket, speed, rhythm and grace. "Heart City" stole my heart and that BAND! Indiara not only knows her instrument; she also knows how to surround herself with the absolute best players and singers.
Rest assured, I will be signing up for this, even though I am far from a beginner.
And Indiara, if you're reading this: thanks for liking and commenting on Instagram post of mine the other day--to think that YOU listened to and liked my solo made my day.
