@Hannah Millichamp That's cool! The percussionists in my band are INSANE, the trumpets in my band are just... loud, apparently, a clarinet friend of mine has already been sacrificed, and I completely understand why trombones scare you... lol. 😂

***** I play 6 different instruments but I’m playing trumpet for high school band
***** because trumpets have more fun when playing I also have played the baritone saxophone it’s actually really cool
***** yes My freshman year starts in August but my first day of band camp is July the 20th if the corona virus doesn’t

***** I’ve played instruments since I was in the third grade my first instrument I learned was guitar and threw the amount of time that I’ve been playing instruments I’ve learned that as long as you like doing it and practice a lot you will do fine

0:55 this is so accurate. The back of the bus is usually where the percussionists are, and for some reason, Percussion attracts some of the most crazy people in the whole school.

At 0:56, ngl that is the bus with clarinets on it, i am a clarinet and i am just over hear on my phone and they are over there just blasting music and singing while there are some of us just trying to chill and dont get me started when we get there (especially at an away game because one of my friends likes football butts and like if there are some walking by to go to the bathroom i will be there helping her look out for them) and we are also very impatient and they feed us when wr get there and like we are ectra impatient when food is involved cause we all like our food in the clarinrt section and like apperently one time when they went to LGPE they left the clarinets and whoever was on the bus with them untio right before it was time to preform so like one of the ganes we thought they were going to leave us (and like we were probably the loudest bus to ngl) and they didnt forget us and we did get our food which was a burger and chicken sandwhich from burger kind and wr got to get one of each and a salty and a sweet snack to go with (or it was either one salty or one sweet) and a water and after the games they give us a snack an another water and our snack consists of a sweet and a salty snack with thr water (and my go to is a fruit roll up and a bag of chips) and the only times we get water is during the beggining of the game, after halftime, and when we get our snack for the bus ride home after comp or away game, but if it is a home game then the beggining of the gane and if lucky after halftime because sometimes they wouldnt give us water after halftime from time to time during a home game prob because they had to save the water for our meals (like they fead us before home and away games mainly if it is after school and during our 8 to 8 band camp days dinner) and like they make sure we are hydrated so we dont diedrate also i have no clue how this got off topic and sorry for long comment

yessssss, i agree. all the flute players are so chaotically funny (except for like 2 of them) but i'm an awkward little potato so i never know how to make myself fit in rip

This is what is currently happening in my section (colorguard/flags) right now. If this new person joins, the band director is going to have to redo all of the drill sets and my section will have to redo the choreography to a song. It’s bit of a nightmare…

Bruh band camp legit kills your skin if you don’t wear sunscreen, no matter how much you think you “don’t burn” you will, even if you got 70 sunblock on, almost every person on that field will be a tomato
