I believe theres no need to have address book for DMR identification with the new DMR talker alias funcionality , right? Also the zones seems to be wrong or at least per my understanding you need to create the zone by right click over zones folder in order to create the zone .
I have a gps version available, wondering if there is a kiss tnc in the radio capable of analog vhf aprs, it has bluetooth so I thought perhaps aprsdroid would help ? Is this radio capable of this .
pogsg9. I'm sorry to bother you but I have a question. I'm used to the repeater operation, this is about my open spot. Feel dumb asking this but how does the open spot know what frequency to used for your transmission. I always assumed there was some way that it would know where to go to connect to the talk group you are trying to reach. Since I don't have to put the frequency in anywhere that I can find, I'm really confused how it finds it's way. Gotta be something I'm missing but am stumped.
You will need to find the local frequencies for your area to program them into the radio. If you are looking for the site for the address book contacts, you can find them here: www.amateurradio.digital/wizard.php
Very nice video
Thank you!
I was under the mistaken impression that RX group list was a requirement? I guess not. Looking forward to the next one!
Do you need a DMR ID to listen only to DMR ?

Great....another windows based prerequisite. When will the Ham world one day wake up to the realities of MacOS??
