    A fresh and cozy bowl of homemade tomato soup is the perfect recipe to keep yourself warm this winter. It features a short and simple ingredient list, including a few of my favorite seasonings. It’s easy to make in just a little over a half hour with minimal prep time. It’s naturally vegan and gluten free, although you are welcome to add in some cooking cream or cheese if you’d like.
    INGREDIENTS
    Garlic - 7 cloves
    Red Capsicum - 1
    Onion - 1 medium sized
    Potatoes - 2 small or 1 medium/ big
    Ripe tomatoes - 4 big ones
    Salt
    Pepper - 1/4th tsp
    Asafetida or hing - a pinch
    Pizza seasoning/ italian seasiong/ oregano - 1/2 tsp
    Olive oil - 2 tbsp
    Vegetable stock - 400 ml ( I used vegetable stock powder and diluted 1 tbsp of stock powder with 400 ml water)
    Warm water - 150 ml
