Our bread and butter had always been in the $10-$15 profit range. We added a couple of higher profit categories and what a difference this made to the bottom line. One tip is if you keep reinvesting most of those additional profits your business will grow.
Appreciate the content as always my friend. Thanks for the insight. Definitely gonna keep my eye out for those items on my travels. Still clearing out "house inventory" atm, can't wait to get in the buying phase. I did purchase 20 Xbox and 360 games the other day for $20 that I've more than doubled my money on with 13 games left to sell!! Thanks again bro.... can't wait for the next live show!
You are right about car parts, especialy BMW parts. We own 3, my husband does all the work on them, and races one of them (all M3s). When he needs parts he often goes to the local Pull A Part, gets what he needs but also watches what sells on ebay and grabs that, too, if it's still there. Often, it's not. Certain Miata parts sell well, too. You have to move fast. He has his own account for that but I do his shipping. This isn't something a new person can do, unfortunately, without some background. He is part of a few BMW boards, both for repair and racing. That and doing his own work on all our cars for 30 years - he has learned what to pull and list. It's complicated. But a great reminder to those that do car repair - sell those parts. As usual: Thanks, Casey.
Bonafide hustler? i didnt even notice. If i did thats cool. I dont really keep track until i hit big milestones or numbers but Chris was who i watched for years so its crazy to think i passed him
I find that JBL bluetooth speakers do quite well and can be found on Target salvage pallets at Goodwill stores fairly often. Sometimes you get lucky and pick something good up like the Charge or the Pulse for 30 or 40 bucks and can sell pretty fast for $120+
Just made my first eBay sale. Got an NAD D7050 amplifier new in box for 125, and sold it for 455 + 20 shipping. I could have probably gotten more, but it's hard to argue with 300 dollars in your pocket for your first sale.
Great video! You mentioned to check serial numbers on many of those devices to see if they are stolen, and that most websites that claim to check this are only correct 50% of the time. What do you think is the best way to check to see if they are stolen then?
All wedding jewelry sells well. Everyone gets married (high profit) and divorced (low bargain). Also, Fire sticks with Kodi installed. I see a guy make a killing on them buying them new and then loading it in the device for $75 through Facebook that sells locally
Cordless drills (still have to test) one is a Ryobi. Looks like a power wheels charger cord, some old car parts. Oh yeah two or three power wheels batteries (got to test them too). Still got to go through the pile some more. Watched your 100 fast selling items video a little bit ago and you were talking about sports protective gear, does that include the catchers gear that sells fast?
Hello, what do you think of Dymo Labelwriter 450 for ebay and UPS or canadapost shipping? and padded envelop or box for shipping smartphones with original and accessories?
Great video, Rockstar! I need money but not so bad that I'm willing to deal with high-profit high-headache items like phones and video games, personally. Keeping it domestic for now
Yes Iris!! i agree with you. VERY RISKY. which is why i got away from a lot of these. But if its a good deal and a good person i jump on these items quick
Worked at a Pawnshop at one point. Every item is described (including serial) and the report with a description sent to the PD the same day. The Pawnshop owner gets a penalty if information about items comes in late. If a person with a stolen good gets tailed to a Pawnshop and the store owner buys the item "under the table". The entire store can get closed and the Pawn license revoked (which is incredibly difficult to obtain because there is a limited number of them in any state). Surely there are disgruntled Pawnshop owners, but 99.9% are legitimate businesses.
Jeremy use the Amazon Seller App, just type in the name & model under sell a product, make sure you click new & it should tell you if it's restricted for you. You can always call Amazon themselves.
You also have to be aware of scammers with selling phones on eBay, I've had to list a few multiple times from someone making an offer then I accept and then they send me a pre made message
Yeah I don't like messing with phones anymore. A lot of the time I would meet with someone they definitely stole it for meth money but the swappa wouldn't show it as stolen. It felt like too much risk after a while.
I want to do more video games do you think they should sale better on eBay or Amazon I've been running into a lot of NFL and NCAA football games for PS2 and trying to sell them in a lot do you think that's a good idea as well and this is ? is for anyone that can help and by the way I'm new to the whole re sale thing trying something new for a newbie HELP!!! AND THANKS FOR THE VIDEO
cece mayers I'd stay away from the sports games. You can get more money for games on Amazon. For Amazon use the Amazon Seller App to check to make sure it's not a restricted or slow moving game, and anything under 100,000 rank. For eBay check the sold & completed listings. Games do well on either platform, just do your research first. Always check for what they've sold for before you buy them.
Outdoor Wrangler THANKS Soooooooo super much yeah the games I got only paid .50 for them but they've been sitting for a week so I think I'm gonna take them to GameStop and sell them back to them. I do know one game I paid .50cents for I can take to them and get 6 so I'm gonna give it the weekend and take them there..but again great advice Thanks
Hi end jeans. Just do your homework. Make sure you photograph all labels and tags and imperfections. Research your style numbers to see what comparative pairs are selling for. Be careful of fakes and knockoffs. Measure measure measure!
I'm aiming on my weakness and it's clothes also girls that suck at detail.... how am I a straight guy can tell a 22 year old college girl that she put the wrong style on a dress....
Our bread and butter had always been in the $10-$15 profit range. We added a couple of higher profit categories and what a difference this made to the bottom line. One tip is if you keep reinvesting most of those additional profits your business will grow.
ALWAYS be reinvesting. no question
Thanks for the info Casey !!!👍

Chef_Honey11 Rob congratulations on the games.

Bonafide hustler? i didnt even notice. If i did thats cool. I dont really keep track until i hit big milestones or numbers but Chris was who i watched for years so its crazy to think i passed him
RockstarFlipper yup your about 1k ahead of him. I knew he was one of the ones you looked up to.
I find that JBL bluetooth speakers do quite well and can be found on Target salvage pallets at Goodwill stores fairly often. Sometimes you get lucky and pick something good up like the Charge or the Pulse for 30 or 40 bucks and can sell pretty fast for $120+
medical equipment is a great one, you can find for very cheap and flip for good profit
Hmm never thought of that. i havnt personally sold it
Brilliant video! Great information for a beginner reseller like me :)
Thanks soo much! I'm glad it can be helpful
Vintage Fashion Dolls (also furniture and structures) and fisher-price especially Little People items.
I sold vintage barbies a few times!! and little people here and there. hard to find good ones. people scoop them up

WOW Dan thats a huge profit. Gotta love those
Great video! You mentioned to check serial numbers on many of those devices to see if they are stolen, and that most websites that claim to check this are only correct 50% of the time. What do you think is the best way to check to see if they are stolen then?
Calling the carrier, but even then its risky
Thanks! But what about things like laptops that don't have a carrier to call?
All wedding jewelry sells well. Everyone gets married (high profit) and divorced (low bargain). Also, Fire sticks with Kodi installed. I see a guy make a killing on them buying them new and then loading it in the device for $75 through Facebook that sells locally
Come on Casey! Don't give away the video games sales tip!! Haha
Theres a ton to go around!!
Hey Casey, I was on 301 and Big Bend today. We did a clean out but didn't find any books or video games lol.
BOOO lol. what did you find?
Cordless drills (still have to test) one is a Ryobi. Looks like a power wheels charger cord, some old car parts. Oh yeah two or three power wheels batteries (got to test them too). I've flipped vintage briefcases for a higher profit; usually purchase for under $5 and have sold a few for over $100.
Wow thats awesome!! i never thought of flipping them.
Great video, Rockstar! I need money but not so bad that I'm willing to deal with high-profit high-headache items like phones and video games, personally. Keeping it domestic for now

Hey Casey, what do you think about game console flipping?
Handheld ones for sure. The larger ones like PS4 etc i flip locally because they cost soo much to ship. if you get them very cheap online is fine.
You forgot popular signed books. I bought the Twilight movie soft cover for $11 and sold it on eBay for $80.
Do you know if NEW laptops would be restricted for new Amazon sellers? I have been researching it but I'm coming up short. Thank you
Jeremy use the Amazon Seller App, just type in the name & model under sell a product, make sure you click new & it should tell you if it's restricted for you. You can always call Amazon themselves.
hey Casey
You also have to be aware of scammers with selling phones on eBay, I've had to list a few multiple times from someone making an offer then I accept and then they send me a pre made message
Really surprised video games are going for that high. Wow!
Yeah I don't like messing with phones anymore. A lot of the time I would meet with someone they definitely stole it for meth money but the swappa wouldn't show it as stolen. It felt like too much risk after a while.
Yeah it got to be very shady in the phone market. They can be great high profits, just have to be careful
Mario games sell well
Almost always
I'm frankly done with cellphones after this last iPhone 6s plus 32gb. It's to many scammers, and picky people that want refunds.
Yeah on top of risky buying, the selling side can be bad to. but profits are high on phones
Hi end jeans. Just do your homework. Make sure you photograph all labels and tags and imperfections. Research your style numbers to see what comparative pairs are selling for. Be careful of fakes and knockoffs. Measure measure measure!
jrose358 yes I love Jeans they've been doing well for me, a lot of repeat customers.
A sold my old iPod nano for 40$ in less than a day
Thats a score..
Hey Casey TGIF
Pawn shops can't sell items for 30 days before they sell them.
Correct to check for stolen items
tula baby carriers
I'm aiming on my weakness and it's clothes also girls that suck at detail.... how am I a straight guy can tell a 22 year old college girl that she put the wrong style on a dress....
lol good question. i ask myself that all the time
