    While not budget at double the price limit here of $99, if anyone is looking for a premium fishing sunglass at a ridiculously good price, go to your local Costco and get a pair of Costa sunglasses at more than half off.
    My Costas have the best polarized lenses for fishing of any sunglasses I’ve used, they are very comfortable, come with a sturdy case, and the anti-scratch coating on them is more durable than any other sunglasses I have owned except a pair of Ray Bans that had glass lenses. The most effective anti-scratch coatings are those on glass lenses, but that pair of Ray Bans I used to own was so heavy that it became uncomfortable to wear after about half an hour.

    Thanks - nice reviews. I am an angler and fish biologist and find myself trying to spot fish in low light (Western Washington in November). For me, light amber/yellow gives the best contrast. I don't want to spend a lot because they are easy to lose, but I also wear glasses so I need fit-overs. My go to is: Eagle Eyes Fit-Overs - currently $41.96; my recommendation for those who don't need fit-overs is Flying Fisherman Buchanan rectangular for $23. Just as good visually. They seem to only come in women's but the fish don't care. Like other plastic lenses they scratch easily

      Thank you for the info, I get lots of requests to do a review of fit-overs. I might have to put that on the "to Do" list. 🎣🐟😎😎

    Great review! THANK YOU! I've never owned a pair of polarized. Just a well put together video. :) Now to pick between amber and gray. Eh? At these price point one of each!

      Thanks for the comment. If you've never used polarized sunnies fishing, you should try some. Even if you just borrowed them while fishing. Tight lines 😎

    Great review! I just wish the fish would have been in the same spot (either above or below the change in water level) for each pair of sunglasses.

    Great video! Which one of these glasses has the best hat compatibility fit woudl you say? I often have trouble finding a pair of inexpensive glasses to fun on the sides of my head with a hat.

      The Fishoholics and Flying Fishermen have a smaller frame that should work with a hat. Catch you later! 😎😎

    I am surprised to not see a single pair of Sunclouds on this list. Have you ever tested them?

    • @GuideRecommended
      @GuideRecommended  2 месяца назад

      Never tried the Sunclouds

    • @WisGuy4
      @WisGuy4 Месяц назад

      Sunclouds are hands-down the best sunglasses in terms of optical quality under $50-$60. They are particularly good for snow sports, but I’ve used them very successfully for fishing and golf as well
      The only issue I have with Suncloud sunglasses is that the scratch resistant coating is not particularly durable. It’s about the same as several pairs of Bolle sunglasses I’ve had that cost twice as much.

      @@jobsearch5871 that is a good point, that there should be some sunglasses with built-in readers on the bottom portion of the lens. This could be done with a medium strength close up prescription and that would work for almost everyone. I recently discovered that for about 95% of people, all reader What’s up glasses will work. They simply may need to hold the object or text closer or farther away, but they will work for most people.
