JJ is loyal to Peter even if his life is endangered
Oh my god he just stood there and snorted all of the gas
If he said "I dont know who they are" then it would make it less obvious the photographer was male but yeah still a goat
Or just ''I dot know who it is''
Vern really came along way after his time in Oz
Nice side gig also when he's not a lobbyist for Big Tobacco.
qual a cena mais preferida em spiderman duende ataca j.jonah jameson
risada do joao
Watching this as an adult I never realized how cheesy this movies were. lol I love it
if peter dies , jjj don't get another cheap photo of spiderman again from peter.
0:43 Our math teacher got sick, there is no class for our math teacher
Peter Parker:
Mr. Jameson Spider-Man wasn’t Attacking City he’s just saved the city now! 😠
I thought the name of the photographer appeared on the front page 😂😅
JJ may be an ass, but kudos to him for not telling GG where Peter was.
The film came out in may 2002, I'm guessing they shot the footage before September 2001
Jameson might be harsh and hates Spider-Man but when it comes down to it he recognizes that Peter is just a kid and protects him, just because a person is mean doesn't mean they are bad people
Someone who doesn't trust anyone but he is one you can trust in
If you notice, Goblin attempted to negotiate with JJ and he still refused to give up Parker.
Goblin says that he could find Spider-Man if he knew where the pictures were coming from, and knowing how much Jonah hates Spider-Man that might be an enticing prospect for him
JJ not only doesn't flinch at this, but triples down on the lie to protect Peter
The man lies as easily as he breathes but he ain't no snitch
Just like my boss… a hard man… but loyal and true to his subjects…
Reminds me of my boss.
A fucking hard ass but when I gave my "notice" (I applied for university studies and was accepted). On my "last day" he told me that there would be some extra money as a "bonus" on my last paycheck "for school books and stuff" and that I should call him "when you need a summer job". The "bonus" was 3 months of salary in one go. It paid for a lot of literature...
Theres a comic where its said that JJJ is envious of spiderman for being able to save so many people while he cannot. JJJ could easily have told the truth to goblin but he lied to protect parker.
I respect Jameson after watching this scene
Goblins lucky he’ll never have to experience another JJJ we all know…lucky he doesn’t have to experience just a *”fraction of his power.”*
They don’t show it much in the movies but Jameson has always been a pretty stand up guy when it comes to non-vigilantes. Beat the shit out of a neo nazi and fought against police corruption
It was confirmed this is the same Green Goblin from Raimiverse Spider-Man and ended up MCU Earth
he even give a parker 300 when he need the money
Had no idea JJ did this as a kid tell I saw a meme lol
Nitpicking but Green Goblin just slammed through the window. Yet the whole side of the room blew up and things are on fire like a missle just struck.
"Think, Goblin!"
"What?"
"What?"
TWIN TOWERS !??? 2:55

I don’t get why people are so dazzled at JJ “protecting” Peter.
The alternative would’ve been to give up a high-schooler to maniac assassin on a glider (which would be the bitchiest move in american history).
Jameson is the most powerful person in the world
He just doesn’t show it
Sam Raimi Jonah: Has standards, protects his employees, wants REAL incriminating footage of Spider-Man, and actually sees Spider-Man as a hero despite his attitude.
MCU Jonah: Is a stalking reporter, makes up rumors to make Spider-Man look bad, was willing to stalk Peter (even though he didn’t even go anything wrong), and shamed Peter for “harming” his friends and loved ones even though they believed in their friend for what he does.
Cringiest comment I've ever read online
Peter:
Spider-Man wasn’t attacking the City He’s Just Saving the day! 😡
this is cinema
Jonah hates Spider man, not Peter
This movie is just one long sequence of memes
He came up with that lie very quickly while disoriented I wonder if he had already been using that lie somehow?
Pov you found the guy that created false information on gamers: 0:43-0:49
Why didn't he just email them? or ask as norman osborn?
Sadly spider sense isnt working on the gas like in comics.
Me at the cia office when I actually do come in
Hey kiddo let Mom and Dad talk for a minute would ya
MR. Jameson:

Oh thank you So Was MR. Jameson say to Peter Parker about Spider-Man again. 🥺
