N it is pumpy to a certain limit no new liner certain limit calculated according to rope side n winch capacity also no? calculated bar is pumped wen it's renders that marking is marked

KapBen Good job, tanong ko lng hnd ba yan MBL mo ng winch na 38.5T ay yung yan capacity ng mga Winches Maker mo? tas yung 60% as per SMS or sa OCIMF? salamat

For detailed info, please consult your ship specific mooring equipment plan... rule of thumb kasi kung ano ang weakest design SWL ng equipment dun naka based ang calculation ng 60% including mooring rollers, ropes and the main winch itself, para may allowance pa na 40% bago ma reach ang max Load. In case na hindi ma adjust agad. So the idea is to release the break (Rendering point) hence preventing damage to your equipment.

Sir I had one doubt brake once brake renders there the marking is done if that marking is beyond means more tight it does not renders from that one brake is kept more tight wat will happen sir?

If inspectors see that you tighten the brake more than the rendering point, it is a serious violation. And in some case, your rope might break if left unattended.

@@KapBennyTV if we tight more that tym also brake will hold the rope no sir if it's less bfore the rendering point than rope will slip no sir if it's tight beyond the rendering point it will hold no how rope will break ??wanted the exact idea..??
