Very informative video I appreciate that we've been watching a lot of these type realtor videos yet nobody seems to include this kind of content that people really need to know... That being said as in New Jersey boater that is looking to relocate soon I find it hard to find content that shows where to buy if you want to be close to marinas and inlets to the ocean, and Palm Beach County... maybe that could be your next video? :-)
Great suggestion. There are marinas and boat storage places all along the coast. Other than that, if you live on the water, you could have a boat lift, etc. If you have a single family home with no HOA, you can store it on your property on the side of your home. The condos on the water are sold with slips(sometimes) or you have to be on a waitlist. Thank you for watching and commenting!
What about south palm beach island ? Looking for a condo there on beach side or intercostal side. Looking to use as winter retirement condo. What do you think?
Very informative video. Looking for property because we have dogs. Which area would you recommend looking at? Also, are there dog laws per household in the area? Thank you!
Thank you for watching and commenting! No laws per household. Usually, only HOA communities will have dog restrictions. Usually on aggressive breeds. Condo/Townhomes can be stricter with weight and breed and # of pets. They all vary. The area is very dog friendly!
Just a general Florida question from a NYer. When I check out areas on google earth, I see a lot of cars parked on lawns. Is this a lower income thing? Please tell me it's not a Florida thing. Thanks for any responses.
Love the video love the drive down A1A beautiful still looking for a nice place in lake worth
For Boynton Beach, stay away from seacrest between woolbright and hypoluxo. High crime and shootings
It's getting better, but yes, I hear ya! Thank you for watching and commenting!
Thanks for posting!
You're welcome!

West Lake Worth has newer nicer developments but the city provide electricity not FPL.
It depends where you are in LW, but yes, I have heard things about LW Utilities. Thank you for watching and commenting!
@@liveinfloridavlog Good to know, I have a cousin that lives in LW she complains about that. I assumed it was all of LW.

It depends on the community more than the income level of people.
I'd like to jump on a call and help you figure it out. It depends on where you are looking...Thank you for watching and commenting!
Thoughts on Westlake vs. Port St. Lucie for new construction?
They are both good choices, it just depends how important it is for you to be in PB county.
What are your thoughts on South Palm Beach?
South Palm Beach is a beautiful area! It’s quiet, with stunning ocean views and a relaxed vibe.
This video was very insightful. Repeatly binking circles and squares was rather distracting. Thank you 😊
Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it
Avoid Riviera Beach
That’s what I’ve heard. Crime.
Yes it’s bad there
It isn't as bad as it used to be. West of Congress or near congress isn't too bad
@@calebmays4390 it's the blacks
Avoid North Palm Beach 😂
Thanks for watching and commenting! There are some beautiful areas in NPB. I think it depends and you have to know the area!
Barely mentions West Palm Beach, wast of time
