I was there and it was definitely a time to remember. One of the best songs they have. Nick kills it on the Mic and Tim shreds the guitar. This song is a true CLASSIC!!!!!!
I was surprised by that. The phone quality was better overall than the actual camera I had the first night, so I left that back in the room. Clearer sound and less shake with the phone, and the sound in the theater itself was excellent.
Flash, thanks for sharing this. As mentioned, I'm amazed at the audio quality, specifically the bass response. If I recall correctly, the S10 has Dolby Atmos coding, correct? I've got tickets to see 311 in Cleveland in September - pretty excited.
I double-checked and yes, it does. Having made the move from a basic Galaxy Nexus to the S10+ (the old phone outlived the software it was built on), I was surprised at how good the audio recording ended up being. It also shoots very steady video compared to the (somewhat basic) Nikon camera I'd used before. I had both for the first night and after comparing what I got, I stuck with the phone for the rest of it.

Dam...fantastic quality whatever you recorded this with....visually and the audio 👍
Believe it or not, just a smartphone with nothing special. Crazy how good they can be these days.
Probably my favorite 311 songs.. really enjoyed this
I wasn't sure where they were going with the spacey guitar stuff, so when they started up Homebrew I just kept it recording.
pro tip : watch series at flixzone. I've been using them for watching a lot of movies these days.
@Brayan Chandler Yup, I have been watching on flixzone for since november myself =)
Thanks for the video, I was there in spirit! Sounds great 👽

Yeah, I'm still amazed at the sound quality.
Anyone else seeing 311 later this summer?
