The cop speeding scene is filmed in Elysian Park, which adjacent to Dodgers Stadium. Still pretty much looks the same as I was there not long ago.

The road with all of the palm trees is Stadium Way which will take you to Dodger Stadium. I just googled earthed it and the trees are still there.
That first unknown has to be Elysian Park right next to Dodger Stadium.

I feel like the producers or writers were probably Dodger fans. I’ve seen some other references to the Dodgers throughout the series. Even Michael Knight wore an LA hat a couple of times in the second season lol.

The speed trap scene looks to be on stadium way and Scott avenue next to Dodger stadium in LA

The cop scene has one of the clearest and full duration samples in the show if K.I.T.T.'s engine sound as he passes by, i love it!

This episode star's 'Marc Alamo' as the villain ( Gul Dukat in the TV series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.)
My dad used to race at Saugus Speedway and I used to do the street car "Ego Challenge" (run solo laps for time) when I was old enough. Once when I was there for the Ego Challenge and sitting in the "pit stands", David Hasselhoff was sitting near us, wearing a driving suit. I'm not sure what he was driving that night, maybe he was actually racing.
They did, in fact, eventually condemn the grandstands a decade or so back and that shut down the racing. The pits became a commuter train station and the track hosts weekly swap meets. It's been in the news recently as it looks like the land is going to be developed.

The road with thr palm trees remind me of the Beverly Hills cop film, when Brigitte Nielsen faked car trouble in order to make the police captain stop en pull over so she could shoot him.

The Saugus Speedway has been just sitting there for years, the eventually tore down the stands and just left the Concrete track where yhe used to hold swap meets... I think it's currently scheduled to be bulldozed and redeveloped. I live about 10 minutes from it. It was also used in the Herbie Movie
One thing that going back and re-watching shows like Knight Rider and Dukes over again has shown me is that, like the meme about quicksand, these shows gave preteen me an unrealistic expectation of how big stunt shows would be in life. 😂 I know and remember Evel Knievel being huge around that time, but these shows made it seem to me like stunt shows were all over the place, like circuses, rodeos, or pro wrestling. I was almost an adult before I realized how much of a fad and of the times these sorts of episodes really were. The monster truck rallies of the day?

That Stadium is Dodgers Stadium, this intersection is just outside the Stadium property. I've driven through the are a few times. I live in Santa Clarita

That Santa Clarita location with the little pond on the left is a Toyota dealership. I drive through here all the time and bought two cars at that dealership that building is a Sushi resteraunt now.
I went to Santa Monica pier and remember there was a stadium near there with a road that looked exactly like that. Check near there. The Hollywood sign was near it too if I remember right.
Saugus Speedway is mostly gone, now?...

Even before you showed the "stadium" sign, I was pretty sure it was up by Dodgers Stadium.
I'm almost positive it is.
The unknown building has the feel of a building from like Emergency, Quincy, Six Million Dollar Man, or some show like that, but I am still not sure what other show I have seen it on tho.
