Ask any American member of our military who were ordered in to one of the concentration camps after they were liberated about the Holocaust - LIKE MY LATE FATHER. He told me about this experience when I was 13 years old and studying the history of Germany in WWII. He was ordered into Dachau one week after its liberation and he told me what he saw. It was VERY difficult for him to tell me these stories, and when I saw how upset and sad it made him, I never asked again. My father asked me that day to make him a promise. He said this: "If you EVER see what happened in Germany starting to happen here, promise me you will NEVER remain silent and you will fight for all you are worth to stop it. Promise me." I promised him that day that I would do just that, and I will NOT remain silent, nor will I stop fighting against these treasonous SOB's, like Trump and his sycophantic, obsequious weasels. I will fight them until my last breath because to break my promise to my darling late father would be dishonorable. He was the most honorable man I have ever known. And please keep in mind that my father was a Republican his entire life. He was my hero and a hero to this nation.
I am a German. I was born in 1952, and in the early days of TV, they showed documentaries, the British and Americans have filmed, from the concentration Camps, with dead body parts piling up in the yards, pictures of survivors, and that was so disgusting. I was child then, but my parents let me watch that. These documentaries need to be shown throughout America. Afterward I want to know who is still denying the brutality of the Holocaust.
I was born that same year here in the U.S. but I can easily recall seeing those documentaries. Such images burn deep in one's memory. There was no AI back then, no manipulation of the films and even today, it would be hard to fake such horrific scenes. They were very real. To deny such is an abomination to humanity. Funny that now, as the vast majority of those with eyewitness accounts have passed away, we are seeing the horrific rise of such ideology again.

My friend's mom is 102 years old. She was a child when Hitler invaded Poland. She was put in a concentration camp in Siberia. Lost. Most of her family. The stories were horrific. Her stories were bone chilling. She is a Christian , not Jewish.
So many people were targeted and killed and tortured. It's important to remember that it was anyone seen as the enemy. It is important to not forget or deny history or we are doomed to repeat it.

My late father was part of an army division that liberated one of the camps. We knew people who had been in the camps and survived. These deniers are the evil ones and must be stopped.

I am German too. When growing up in the 50s my grandfather told me that he was hiding his Jewish friend ( our family doctor) and family in the huge cellar in his pharmacy. He was a prominent figure in his field and had connections. He smuggled the family all the way the high path of the Black Forest to the Swiss border. The Gestapo on one side and Swiss border guards on the other. They bribed the Swiss with diamonds and jewellery and were let though. From there they made their way to Chile eventually where they had relatives. For years, my family received letters from them. This is just one of the many tragedies that happened. NEVER EVER AGAIN was the motto after the war. Project 25 IS REAL.

As the granddaughter of an Army Photographer, in his final days, he finally talked about what he had seen. The horrors that were visited on everyone, not just the Jews, but anyone sent to the concentration camps. It was his job to document that mess. Grandpa passed peacefully after talking about it.

The father of one of my girlfriends, was with REME (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers ) since it was formed in 1942. After having been deployed in Malta, Italy he was then moved to Germany for what was the final push. He had a wealth of hilarious tales relating to rescuing tanks from behind lines. Just occasionally he would talk about the horrors he witnessed as they dealt with the concentration camps. He described vile living condition, emaciated Jewish people, the gas chambers, the heaps of shoes. I eventually found several books in the local library that contained text with photos and drawings of the war that confirmed everything Bert had talked about. IT WAS NO HOAX!

If we didn’t have the electoral vote deciding the election, I would feel better about it. If people, both young and old, actually engaged in learning about the candidates before casting their votes, I would feel better. Ask any American member of our military who were ordered in to one of the concentration camps after they were liberated about the Holocaust - LIKE MY LATE FATHER. He told me about this experience when I was 13 years old and studying the history of Germany in WWII. He was ordered into Dachau one week after its liberation and he told me what he saw. It was VERY difficult for him to tell me these stories, and when I saw how upset and sad it made him, I never asked again. My father asked me that day to make him a promise. He said this: "If you EVER see what happened in Germany starting to happen here, promise me you will NEVER remain silent and you will fight for all you are worth to stop it. Promise me." I promised him that day that I would do just that, and I will NOT remain silent, nor will I stop fighting against these treasonous SOB's, like Trump and his sycophantic, obsequious weasels. I will fight them until my last breath because to break my promise to my darling late father would be dishonorable. He was the most honorable man I have ever known. And please keep in mind that my father was a Republican his entire life. He was my hero and a hero to this nation.

I am a German. I was born in 1952, and in the early days of TV, they showed documentaries, the British and Americans have filmed, from the concentration Camps, with dead body parts piling up in the yards, pictures of survivors, and that was so disgusting. I was child then, but my parents let me watch that. These documentaries need to be shown throughout America. Afterward I want to know who is still denying the brutality of the Holocaust.
I was born that same year here in the U.S. but I can easily recall seeing those documentaries. Such images burn deep in one's memory. There was no AI back then, no manipulation of the films and even today, it would be hard to fake such horrific scenes. They were very real. To deny such is an abomination to humanity. Funny that now, as the vast majority of those with eyewitness accounts have passed away, we are seeing the horrific rise of such ideology again.
Like the flat earthers, evidence and facts are utterly meaningless to these fascists. Dogma supercedes all.

My late father was part of an army division that liberated one of the camps. We knew people who had been in the camps and survived. These deniers are the evil ones and must be stopped.

I am German too. When growing up in the 50s my grandfather told me that he was hiding his Jewish friend ( our family doctor) and family in the huge cellar in his pharmacy. He was a prominent figure in his field and had connections. He smuggled the family all the way the high path of the Black Forest to the Swiss border. The Gestapo on one side and Swiss border guards on the other. They bribed the Swiss with diamonds and jewellery and were let though. From there they made their way to Chile eventually where they had relatives.
For years, my family received letters from them. This is just one of the many tragedies

After hearing some Holocaust survivors share their lives experiences, there is no denying what they say is true.
As the granddaughter of an Army Photographer, in his final days, he finally talked about what he had seen. The horrors that were visited on everyone, not just the Jews, but anyone sent to the concentration camps. It was his job to document that mess. Grandpa passed peacefully after talking about it.

And the stories that she told us about what she witnessed and endured would make anybody's blood curdle! And my own father witnessed the horror that took place over there because he was stationed in Germany during World War II and he literally saved my mother and brought her to America! How dare they deny what we all know was the most horrific known atrocity in recorded history!

The father of one of my girlfriends, was with REME (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers ) since it was formed in 1942. After having been deployed in Malta, Italy he was then moved to Germany for what was the final push. He had a wealth of hilarious tales relating to rescuing tanks from behind lines. Just occasionally he would talk about the horrors he witnessed as they dealt with the concentration camps. He described vile living condition, emaciated Jewish people, the gas chambers, the heaps of shoes. I eventually found several books in the local library that contained text with photos and drawings of the war that confirmed everything Bert had talked about. IT WAS NO HOAX!

I remember as a child going to the movies that always began with “Movietone” newsreels ( pre-tv in every house) and watching films of the American soldiers entering the camps, images that still haunt me to today. If we didn’t have the electoral vote deciding the election, I would feel better about it. If people, both young and old, actually engaged in learning about the candidates before casting their votes, I would feel better. I know far too many people who have quit voting all together, or just simply refuse to learn what Trump is doing and saying, and are sticking to party only. I ask them if they heard what he has said about various topics, and they tell me they do not watch tv, or listen to anything political. Boy they sure did listen about “stop the steal” though.
