This is teaching woman to stop playing along when someone is disrespectful towards you. The was no need for all those back and forth massages between her and him. Should have stopped him immediately.
And to also validate their feelings by standing up for themselves. Easier said than done I guess. This is sad for both parties. This will now become his legacy, a shame considering what he has achieved in his life and she may endure the shame that goes with this scrutiny all her life. Also the wrath of those that don’t believe her. May they both heal from this. There are no winners in this matter. 😢
You guys make this simple in this job market... She says she was respecting him as her superior and her senior... And she did not want to see herself out of a job, you guys have clearly never been in rural offices... Where the boss is the Almighty....
This lady had an opportunity to state clearly that she's not interested in what JP is trying, should have said "Stop it!" This would not gone this far. Now the JP is brought down so low by this nonsense! After so many faithful years in his career 🙆🏾♀️😭 I want to believe this lady is not alone, someone is behind this sabotage. 😮
Definitely not working alone, however it is also a lesson to our brothers, husbands and fathers to know when to stop. This lady was on a mission from the word go. When she said I could tell that “he now trust me” then continues to talk about “earn it”. She saw an opportunity and went with it. Knowing him personally, it is really disappointing that a “dignified old man like him could be involved in such nonsensical acts, and I really feel sorry for his wife.
"Uzokwehlela" in this context doesn't mean you're going to come down. It means you will come into terms or agreement, which I think was the request of the top less photo
Eish the printing of that paper, the decision to enter the JP's office and closing the door of JP's door and the response to say she wanted them to see there's a person in the office of the Secretary, the hugging and not being in her office is going to be a game changer on this matter, thinking out loud

This lady was just jealous and annoyed on seeing her prospect hugging another lady. She wished it was her being hugged by the JP.
Women can be evil and the society is not ready to talk about that coz it’s so easy to shift the blame. This lady is a narcissist of note. She had an agenda of her own and it back fired.

The girl has zero integrity shame and was communicating in bad faith with the JP and has a hidden agenda in lodging the complaint. Harassment would only start after she had said "stop it JP, I am not interested". For that matter JP is not her employer, could not have fired her. The girl is just determined to bring the JP down for reasons only known to her and the girl is a victim of nothing, certainly not sexual harassment.
Only amaXhosa can understand many of these expressions yazi! Many do not have meaning in other languages. Im worried her legal team is lost in translation. In a nutshell....she is a big flirt uSisi 😅😅😅
Nangesi-Zulu. Some things cannot be translated to languages that are not Nguni. And I understood the lady even though I disagreed with her at that time.
the ladies mistake here is her being dishonest about what these texts she was sending meant when it's pretty obvious that she was flirting back because they are going to use her dishonesty against her during cross examination
This lady even sent an emoji that shows "teasing" to JP yhooo it's difficult to comprehend that she is now offended after talking stages, and she was entertaining. This sounds flirtatious in both parties
This is a sensitive and tricky situation. I understand her position. Unfortunately, rejecting your bosses advances who is also high-profile can lead to repercussions, such as changes in work assignments or a strained working relationship.
Eish this lady 💔 she should have not entertained this from the onset, when JP asked for the pic and her response was earn it, why did she said earn it, that's where the trick is, and that sounds as if to get the picture, do something work for the picture.
Ladies pls think twice before accusing man of sexual harassment and think of your dignity once everything it's done what will happen to her mara guys

Many people today are married to their former employees, it is just a natural process of being attracted to another human being. This thing of trying to police romantic interactions between adults is just silly. The sister should have said no and the JP should have stopped. Unfortunately she did not and is now crying crocodile tears. The legal system should not be used as a tool to bring down people, thus fulfilling people's hidden agendas.
One thing everyone seems to miss here is that you can send the message and remove it after the person has responded, and it won't show whether it was removed before or after the other responded. You can also remove all the messages after you notice or suspect that there is a problem coming 🤷🏻‼️
I want to see how the judiciary is going to deal with words like "Hayini" as I saw a serious error in the interpretation of "sekusezandleni zenu" in the hearing of the former JP Hlophe.
It was the court manager which she had an encounter with and went running to the JP’s office, man said he will handle it. Unfortunately it was handle with a hug 🤣🤣. The lady went on to peep 👀 through the door and did not like what she saw, she slammed the office door to make her presence felt. NgesiXhosa ebeyokhweleta . Kodwa uTata yena uzenzile.
What a complicated matter!!! The victim entertained the JP's moves. Hopefully one day we will understand the matter better. Of course, the JP's conduct is questionable.
Yoooh Lo interpreter is not interpreting well at all. Hayini! In this context is an exclamation Oh No!(A royal No). And there are other aparts that she got wrong. "Ndikukrobele" - I've figured you out, not, I've caught you. And by the way, Ngutata omdala otheni lo ohamba ecela iiNudes kusisi wasemsebenzini ongengomfazi wakhe, njengoba sesilapha kulo mhlola nje!?
Hayini is no to a number of people. It is not royal we, but a you all. That said, it is not always used like that. You can address one person or anything. And it does not always mean no, but as a meaningless word
What game was this Lady playing. I always side with Victims but listening to the lady speaking, I am convinced that the lady was used to push the Pres Judge. She was playing games..

True what you are saying. The lady is no victim. No coercion at all and her job security is not a consideration because the JP is not her employer. She is not even assisting the JP. She is assisting another Judge. If she was bothered she should have nipped the conduct in the but by asking her principal to inform the JP that she was no longer comfortable with his messages and he should stop. In fact she should have told the JP to stop on her own.
Not true. She could have said she is not comfortable with the conversation cause he is his boss. As she says. Think this is about the JP refusing to give her money when she asked him if she would ask for money would He give her. After the JP said life is not about money she switched
True, especially if most of those consequences are perceived... So she doesn't quite know what rejection will mean for her work especially since she also has to fight for her job as her assigned judge is due to retire, tricky situation
So her reasons for playing along were " he was supposed to earn it,she is a single mother and she ddnt want to lose her job" the guy was being led. Kodwa nawe JP😂

I'm with you
My thoughts from the beginning, this is a plot
What was the JP doing flirting with a subordinate from 6pm till 11:30pm after hours...
This lady was interested cause you block such nonsense in your phone with your data. This is a shame ku sisi
She was interested but changed her mind later for reasons known to her
Probably JP responded by saying it doesn't revolve around money when she involved money in their flirtatios conversations 😂😂😂😂
It appears so😂
I think she changed because she saw him hugging 🫂 the court manager she had unresolved conflict with.

That "Hayini" in context means the sender was amazed not necessarily means "no"

How would anybody continue a more than 2hr chat with a person requesting something you're not interested to offer?
She was interested even that bible quote doesn't mean no

😝 is not teasing in her explanation, rather it's "out of luck" as in ukunyonyoza after someone doesn't get their way

The lady was interested and jealous which is why she peeped the judge hugging another secretary
It was not other secretary it was the Court Manager

Whatever happened to the institution that trained them?

"Ukwanga" does not mean to hug. It means to kiss.
To hug could be, ukuwola or ukugona
Can someone explain the context of this hearing
The water looks expensive
I was afraid to say that 😂😂, Indeed is for the High people and top Judges
But the translation of Hhayi bo Jesu, its definitely not "No Jesus". Hhayi bo is not translate as No

To give her more time to carefully consider her responses.
