I don't know actually, I only got that screen one time when tried to access 1 room by changing save files, so I don't think it can happen naturally.You can try deleting saves in directory "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\DELTARUNE" or changing room to another one(for chapter 2): open filech2_0 with notepad and go to the second last row(usually 3054) and change it to any number except 0-27 and bigger than 223.If you don't have filech2_0, or it doesn't work, try changing other save files.
