Daily Devotions: No Point in Talking - April 21, 2024 DD

"Man's conflict will never stand in the way of God's plan for your life." Today's reading from Luke 22 teaches us that there are two ways to determine the people we will always have conflict with. (1) one who refuses to believe anything we say, and (2) one who refuses to answer our questions. Despite these things, God's plan will prevail over every stubbornness of heart.
Luke 22:66-69 NLT
At daybreak all the elders of the people assembled, including the leading priests and the teachers of religious law. Jesus was led before this high council, and they said, "Tell us, are you the Messiah?" But he replied, "If I tell you, you won't believe me. And if I ask you a question, you won't answer. But from now on the Son of Man will be seated in the place of power at God's right hand.
