Basically I feel the crops of the bird and make sure its full but not hard. It must be spongy and have bounce to it, as the chicks get older I gradually increase a few mls ever so often

An they are difficult to rehome as they imprint on few people and because parrot rescues are often at full capacity due to people not prepared for the level of commitment or they sadly outlive their owners. But they are worth it if you're willing to put in the work.
have one more query. My African Love Bird are only hatching their eggs but not taking care and feeding the baby. As it is said that every after 3 hrs we should hand feed them. What about overnight. Example if we feed at 11 PM so do we need to get up again and feed at 2 AM followed by again at 5 AM?

Ideally it wouod be good for a early morning feed but they will be fine if you feed around 6 ish
