I'm nearly 5'2" and am really interested in this Lagree programme but I struggle to imagine that equipment built for someone 6'4" is going to work for me as well. Please can a smaller-sized person commen?
like both, Pilates more core engage, require more balance and thoughtful movements, because of the lighter built of a reformer. the pilates studio i go to have HIIt classes, more traditional and more modern style Pilates classes. i assume that lagree and classical Pilates are different but mainly on the time count for each exercise and repetition. the workout form and kind of exercises are the same, in the lagree classes i took, it was more towards a classical style, the lack of ac in the lagree classes also contribute to the sweat :) the lagree is an interpretation of the classical Pilates in my opinion more than a completely different style of fitness.
My intention is to rehabilitate as I have a spine and injury.. is this a suggestion that Pilates reformer would work best for me? I’m not well off financially, but I have been saving by living in my van to invest in my health.
Changing a spring literally takes 2 seconds!! It doesn’t take 10 min!!🤦♀️ Also the reformer does not pop up like he said. It’s very steady! Otherwise I’d be dead by now!😂
Hummm not so accurate comparison. There is no footwork on Mega either. It does not take 2 min to change the spring on reformer. I like both but and they are very different each other. There is no superior. I use both
I love both ❤

It's the difference between a Mercedes C Class (which is still great) compared to a Maybach .....
