Very beautiful sound and interpretation. You are always so intense and musical, it conveys the music to the listener with emotion. I am currently working on the Courante and the Gigue but looking forward to working on the Sarabande and the Menuet. The music is so beautifully composed it brings joy to learn it.
Thanks, Michal. I've used a different microphone setup for each video, but with this one I think I have found the "keeper" rig. It's a pair of Line Audio CM3 small diaphragm condenser mics in an X/Y configuration. They aren't expensive mics, but hardly anyone knows about them because they're a small company from Sweden. As for the 10ths, they are the most difficult part of the piece, and also one of the most climactic points of this arrangement. I was having a lot of trouble playing them until i saw Joel Quarrington play; I ended up stealing one of his "cheats" that he uses to find notes that seem to be out of the blue from the previous position. once I knew to do that, they got a lot more manageable!

Thank you! Bach always brings out the best in musicians, I think because we recognize that we are dealing with greatness from the first note.
Chris Fitzgerald yes that is what I feel. I am grateful for that
This is beautiful.
Thank you!
Stunning, these 10ths sound so clearly.
What do you use for recording? Some microphone?
