You really have to suspend reality to believe any of the coincidences of the relationships between people, the protagonist's ability to only hurt the bad guys, and his uncanny ability to have just the right thing/people available when he needs it/them. If you love action movies with actors like Jason Statham...then go for it. But as usual, lots of suspension of disbelief required! As for the story...plausible...but with too many holes. The biggest one: why would an FBI agent, whose mother's death was caused by a criminal organization created and run by the son of the US President, be so eager to protect him? He's a criminal...bring him to justice…or conveniently look the other way while a vigilante carries out an obvious national-community service!

Glad I saw this. Looks like a very disposable and cliched film. Jason Steatham is a very good actor and action star. He deserves better scripts. I wish they would write credible plots more often. The idea that a reputable bank will allow a withdrawal of 2 million plus and the draining to zero of five accounts in minutes without talking to the account holder over the phone, and probably in person is absolutely ludicrous. The idea that even Jason would take on an entire SWAT team outside a building is laughable.

Well of course they are. Didn't you notice all the IBM PCs they were using with the green monochrome monitors? Those 8086s are the latest technology don't you know? See 10:52 and if I am not mistaken, I think that is a dot matrix printer on the far right. They also probably work longer hours because they don't get tired typing as they use IBM Model F keyboards, see 10:56.
