Another possibility with the house is using that block that pushes you based on how many sticks it has on the other side (forgive me not remembering the name), and use wireless redstone on a remote (and in house) to toggle it. That way, when you're not home, your house is far up so people can't enter it. You bring it down to enter, then lift it again. no crane needed (just a vertical line of the Create shafts). Still, from a distance with the house down, you'd never know. You could still use the skulk sensor as a defense system that you could use the remote to manually deactivate when you want to enter the house.
Actually i used the Deployer - Schematic trick in my survival world for a tree farm. Its just a normal tree farm but it places the saplings at very specific locations to look nice
The Deployer-Blueprint-Think can be used to automaticity drill und decorate Tunnels. Of curse, if you want to do longer Tunnels, you would want to use an second Mod: Create: Pattern Schematics :)

I never knew you can filter the deployer with a schematic so you can automate it to build the schematic, now I know it.
instead of skulk download create optical and use light beams and for lasers that get cut off and de activate a clutch
The only thing you need to add in the house that's walls go down, is a single wall going up to block the doorway lol.
