You have such a great personality! You’re so bubbly and enthusiastic! Love the accent too :) I’m always on the lookout for a sunscreen so this type of video is convenient! I really like that you apply each product to show us how it looks. Thanks for all your wonderful content! ^.^
I have extremely dry and sensitive skin so I like creams and milk the best, as gels and essences dry my skin. I really liked the new Purito sunscreen and also Anessa. Although Korean ones seem to suit my skin overall more than Japanese ones, as Japanese sunscreens seem to always have alcohol and fragrance which don't suit my sensitive dry skin
I’ve used Biore Aqua Rich Watery Essence for years and that will always be my favourite. I’ve recently tried Suncut UV Protect Essence for the first time ever but find it pills quite badly on me, particularly if I’m then going in with makeup on top. It’s a nice consistency though and for no makeup days I’m happy to use it up. Unsure if I’ll repurchase though. I was really happy to see the spray style sunscreens while I was in Japan, as it’s quite hard to find something similar in the UK. I can spray it over makeup which is really nice. I love the Nivea Super Water Gel for my body. UK spf 50s always used to be a paste like consistency which i always hated as a child 😂😂 Really want to try Anessa but it’s expensive, compared to Biore anyway 😅😂
I was looking at a couple SPFs. And Stylevana has that SPF quiz! It recommended one I was looking at anyways, so I took the plunge. I got the Canmake Mermaid Gel~ omg~ my skin loves it, and it makes me look so nice!!! I'm like glowing within. I'm so happy hahah
I have loved the biore UV watery essence for years, it’s the best for summer for my combo oily skin. However I started using roundlab for something more hydrating during the winter and it’s a new favourite! Such a lovely formula and doesn’t leave a white cast
I thought I caught up and saw all your older sunscreen content, but I only just watched this now. Right now my favorite sunscreens are the Nivea Uv sun gel (super recommendation!), skin1004 Hyalu cica, beauty of Joseon. I plan to get the Anessa when I go to Japan next month though!
My Holy Grail sunscreens are TonyMoly Gold24K Snail Sun Cream (it dries matte so I can apply it over my moisturiser) and Cancer Council Active Sunscreen spf50+( I like to apply it on it's own in a thick layer and it dries semi matte while giving me a good amount of moisture ). My skin gets oily during the day therefore I prefer matte or semi matte sunscreens. Those sunscreens are also alcohol free and don't have a white cast. Also SUNCUT Mild Care UV Milky Gel SPF50+ (this one is great because it's quite moisturizing on its own when you apply it in a thicker layer and it has no alcohol, fragrance or white cast, also dries semi-matte).
I bought the Biore UV Essence after watching a load of your vids and seeing that you always rave about it. I've been using it for about 6 months now and I love it! I actually use it as a base for my makeup and also just as a daily moisturiser and I love it! It's done wonders for my skin during these colder months here in the UK! So glad I found it! xx
You seem to know what I exactly need T.T.... I've been using the Biore aqua rich watery essence and Skin Aqua tone up UV essence but somehow they peeled off of my skin after a few hours of using... which makes me look like I have a really dry skin. It might be the essence in those products, or my skin type is not suitable for using those two. But I'm gonna give nivea's & canmake's gel sunscreen a try! Thank you Tina!
I'm obsessed with sunscreens so I found this super helpful!! My faves are the Mecca brand one and the Canmake one but I'm defs gonna try all the ones you recommended ❤
I love your informative videos. They are a great way for me to learn more about skincare as a whole and not just a bunch of product recommendations like most skincare yt videos are
My absolute favourites that I am surprised you haved tried before are both Hada Labo. One is skin aqua with the gold pump and the other is the white gel uv in the blue pot.. They are just amazing. Japanese sunscreens are superior than Korean imo although all of my other skincare are Korean products🥰
For sunblocks, the scent of zinc makes me nauseous, so I use the ones w/o zinc. (I'm also not a fan of zinc making me have white face on, even though I'm already caucasian!) Coppertone, Waterbabies, etc found at the grocery store and drug stores is what I use. I use it all over my body and face. It does the job just fine. :) I'm 35 and have minimal damage from the sun. However, I just bought the oil of olay face lotion with SPF a couple of weeks ago. It also has vitamin E. It's kinda drying and kinda chalky, so I'm using it over Lubriderm unscented lotion which is so creamy and full of glycerin-goodness. I've always used an unscented lotion for my face and body. I also use unscented anti-perspirant. I'm not a fan of having so many different scents. Shampoo and conditioner is more than enough. :)
Loved this! I'm trying to venture into travel friendly skincare and makeup. Just got moonshot correctingfit, and I can't wait to try it! Any recommendations for cushions or stick sunscreen for combo-oily skin? Spf lip balms with tints? Thank you for a great video! 🙂
SPF lip balms: my favorite isn’t tinted. It’s the Carmex Daily Care SPF 15. My second favorite is Sun Bum tinted SPF lip balm in Nude Beach (I’ve finished 3 tubes). I have the Rohto Mentholatum CC Tone Up with SPF in pure red and the Nivea Rich Care and Color with SPF in Glossy Beige. They’re ok, and I’ll use them up, but they aren’t favorites.
My favorite sunscreen was Sun Aqua Sarrafit (sp?) but they don’t make it anymore. 😩 I’m currently using Drmtlgy but have the Mermaid one in a cart, although I wish they made it in a larger size. I also like Cotz for their 100% mineral sunscreens.
Omg :0 I just bought the abib sun stick and the vt sun pact bc I found them on tiktok and they seemed so good for reapplication and just now I find out that you have a video about them (you are my n1 korean/japanese sunscreen source of info) I'm so shook I hadn't realized! Anyways amazing video as always🥺💕🥰
I have to admit i have dehydrated skin but the new purito sunscreen is so greasy looking to my skin. I do not like it. Because in winter the greasy is oke looking because it absorb into the skin. But iam affraid when its summer you will become really as a greasball. I actually like the Isehan sunkiller essence spf50 more than the Biore sun essence.
Thank god I found this video ahh! I’m 20 years old and I’ve wanted to start using a daily spf for a while now but had no idea where to start because every one i’ve tried gives me acne! Thankyou so much!💗
I’ve used Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence for a few years now. But I wanted to try something new so I recently bought A’PIEU Pure Block Daily Sunscreen Cream and it’s great for oily skin.
Yeayyyy a sunscreen video ❤️❤️❤️! I realised that Japan doesn't come out with lots and lots of products like Korea. ❤️ Well if I ain't broken why fix it 😂💕😙
Awwww thankyouuuu 😭❤️ I purchased the Sony Zv-1 like 6 months ago? And it works great for a further away sit down shot, but I have not been impressed with its close ups 😭 so for the product b-roll I am still using my old canon g7-x mark 2 haha
I love Senka perfect uv gel spf 50 pa ++++ i bought one bottle in Watsons Taiwan but couldn't find it in Watsons HongKong or Philippines for backup and now it ran out. I'm currently using Biore aqua rich light up essence and i don't like it. ☹️
Tina thank you for the guide. I tryed the Biore essence and after one bottle 50ml my face has dry patches on my cheeks Im so sad cause I really liked that one. Do you think is the alcohol that dryed my face? please Help let me know which one should I buy😫😫😫
//looks at the Suncut UV Perfect Gel and UV Perfect Essence I just bought, having no idea what I was buying oooooOHHHHHHHHHH that makes much more sense now 😂
Hi, is Dr g green mild up sun plus suit for very oily and acne prone skin? Please recommend me a fragrance free sunscreen for very oily and acne prone skin to at home and a sunscreen with high protection for high sun exposure 🙏🏻

if you are searching for cruelty free alcohol free moisturizing sunscreen, i can recomend round lab dokdo ( birch juice), the best i've ever tried
I was looking at a couple SPFs. And Stylevana has that SPF quiz! It recommended one I was looking at anyways, so I took the plunge.

I know tbh I can’t believe I haven’t tried Hada Labo SPFs yet too 😅😅 Japanese sunscreen are my fave too… ❤️
Don’t tell people about the Hada Labo UV White gel- it’s sold out almost all the time. 😂

Looking forward to your best of year skincare Tina.
My fav sunscreens are the senka perfect UV gel spf 50 and Apieu pure block sunscreen (comes in an orange tube and in 100ml!!!)
Ooo I have never tried sunscreen from apieu!! Now I am intrigued 😏💕

I would like to see you reviewing some tinted sunscreens, too! I hope you can see my comment and I love your channel! More powers!
Did you use foundation on this video? If so, what did you use? If not, what did you use? Your skin is flawless and glowy! 🥰
I actually want one with a white cast because I'm so pale. I haven't found one I like though. I prefer a matte finish

You could be sensitive to chemical sunscreen.
i love the nivea gel but it only has pa +++. is it still suitable during summer or only for low uv days
//looks at the Suncut UV Perfect Gel and UV Perfect Essence I just bought, having no idea what I was buying
oooooOHHHHHHHHHH that makes much more sense now 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I mean I’d do that when I was in Japan, just buy every type anyways 🤭

That's strange, I never had that problem. Maybe use a different browser?
