Its a plugin called color code. If you have item edit, do /ie rename &7&lDiamond pickaxe. The &7 is the color and the &l is to control if the name is bold. If you want to know the colors, do /colorcodes and they give you every color code in minecraft

oh the plugin links, bro just google them and download then go to your server and click on file manager go to plugins above u got button that says "upload file" and then just upload your downloaded plugins ez as that

to see the whole list, then use: /rg flag __global__ block-break deny
