This is one of the greatest videos ever, it is very inspirational. every time I watch it makes me try harder and harder every time I throw, thanks for the video bro
Brilliant The Discus is like a Dance in the Circle. The Glide across the Circle with the right Centre of Gravity. The Hand Releasing the Discus at the Right Angle to Altitude. Then you watch that A Majestic Bird Fly in the Sky 🙂👍Best feeling in the World. The Discus
Hey Charles, I'm only 13 and I got a discuss last year because I thought I was good and I enjoyed it, last year my p.b was 13M but after watching heaps of your inspirational and how to videos my p.b is now 25M thanks to you I improved by 12M in just 1 year, I never thought i was good at anything and I was always coming last at everything now I've finally found my passion and I'm not going to stop. btw my favourites are Wolfgang and Harting. Thank you, don't stop uploading.
Anyone know the details of the bloke who releases at 0.24seconds, and date/year of the throw?. . . Just curious. Does a side on turn but hits a good power position with a decent high point and separation, and non reverse finish.
The guy @:26 uses as good of technique as anybody, he just didnt have the advantage of God-knows-what they used later on to become ridiculous beasts. Much nicer to watch a natural athlete perform than somebody who came out of a test-tube.
Wolfgang Schmidt's throw is art.
Hartings ability to block a 70+ meter throw without moving is incredible.
Amazing to watch the progression of the sport like that, nicely done!
You ended the video with the best video to end it with, mad respect for Alekna, the Gentleman of the Discus throw, such a legend.
