Most of our universe isn’t empty. In fact it’s teeming with fields and quantum fields that constantly interact with each other! Billions if not trillions of particles that are so inconceivably small that we can’t even fathom their size flying through every micron of space at any given moment. Including through you while you watch this video! Through the planets, stars, everything. Gosh I love space so much

is it just me or the video doesn't match the narration at all. it's just random images of space structures (and not a lot of "void" images at it).
