In a bowl,
26oz bag of shredded hashbrowns
1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese
5 tbsps melted butter
Salt
Pepper
Chives
In a cupcake tin,
Put a little bit of the mixture in each hole
375 for 20 minutes
Push in the middle of the hashbrowns
Add egg into some holes
Add some sausage to some holes
Add cheese to top
Green onion
375 for 15 minutes
Second recipe;
In a dish,
8 eggs
1 package of cooked turkey sausage
Mix in eggs
Add some cheddar cheese on top and mix in
Add in a layer of frozen hashbrowns
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
350 for 35 minutes
