I've had this song on loop + generally listened to this so, SO many times since I found it! the lyrics are wonderful and I connect quite a bit with them, PLUS THE INSTRUMENTALSSSSS + the tone/mood conveyed from the vocal melodies, that sense of mournfulness and being overwhelmed by the sense of being forsaken by god yet also being overwhelmed by a type of great power, and also the way the voice sounds like... someone who's about to laugh at the misery because it was followed by empowerment, the darkness yet the sense of "I'm so ready to get drunk on power after being discarded HAH" idk idk feralness
