Howdy, Margarete! New friend here! This ATC x4 idea... brilliant! Being a Nature Geek, I love insect images! Also, love the "copy yourself" idea. Thanks for the share! Blessings & Bubbles...oooOOO
I like your process. I make atcs too though usually not in this 4x format. It's a nice change from making 4 individual cards. My favorite part is the upper right card. Looks like the bee is balancing on the stamp! This is my first time watching your channel. Hello from Canada 🇨🇦
Will be trying my hand on the various techniques you so clearly demonstrated. Really appreciate your commentary as the process occurs. Thanks for this terrific video; it's given me inspiration and confidence to get started!
That was awesome 🤩, I will try making a couple of them! I think I can handle getting a few items times 4 and doing it. Thanks again for the inspiration.
Thank you for this video. I like that you explained how to keep the focal point priminent and not lose it in the background as well as the other explanations you shared on why you chose different pieces. In addition to that I enjoy your artwork.
Definitely inspiring! What you do is amazing and I will try to emulate your work. Thank you so much for sharing. I had always wondered how those were made... now I know! 👍 All the best to you !
Thanks for sharing all the cool tips!🥰 The stamp adds just enough to mask the starkness of the white page. Love it. And the bugs digital tear sheet is awesome!
Thank you so much Margarete, I really really enjoyed watching you create this ATC’s x 4 page. It’s superbly put together and beautifully put across by yourself. I really really love ❤️ everything about this. You are really really stunning and talented and clever too. It looks really really complicated and it’s really not. Brilliant video too. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
I found your channel today. This video is great. Your explanations are easy to follow. You are so calm and your voice is relaxing to hear. My question is when using magazine pages do you need to prep them first? They often are glossy, thin & slippery. What type of glue is best? Do you recommend using additional glue on washi tape? Thank you so much. Great job. I’ll be watching your channel. 🦋
Thanks for your comments, Kay. I know what you mean by glossy magazine pages, but I find that gluestick works just fine when gluing them to other papers. I don't ever prep them with anything.
Thanks very much for this video -as I have trouble with collaging I hope it will help me. My problem is I like things looking tidy but your bugs cards do look fantastic. So I will try to change and see how it looks.
Do you find the glue sticks well to the shiny side of the cereal box? I usually scrape it with a sanding bar before I glue things onto that side. Just wondering if you've had any bad experience in things falling off, or coming loose. I love this idea - it'll work great when swapping at ATCsForAll - where you have to make 3 ATCs; it gives you an extra one to give to the host, or keep for yourself.
I have never had any problems with gluestick not sticking to the shiny side of a cereal box. Good idea to do a bit of sanding, though. That will certainly help. 👍
Margarete, I'm writing you here as I don't know how else to do so. I was approved for your Art Collage Collective but never was given a way to set up a password. Now, when I click on a message, what I am confronted with is the whole 'request to join' process. How do I set up a password?
Linda, if you were approved, you needed a username and password to sign up, which you did so successfully. I don't have access to your password. When you go to the login page, you should see a "forgot password" link. You'll have to go through the steps to assign a new passowrd.
Another fabulous "how to" video. Thank you!
Thanks so much! I’m so glad you enjoyed it 💙

Thanks, Mags❣️ So glad you found it useful.
Great work. What's the measurement of the cereal-box?
I cut it down to 5 inches x 7 inches.

Are these cut apart before trading or do you trade the whole piece? Thanks!
You trade the whole piece, Lisa. The person who receives it can decide if they want to cut it down or not.
Thank you
Are ATC’s always in portrait mode?
No, they can be oriented however you would like. Whatever strikes your fancy 😉
