You can change the cranks on Bosch ebikes. One of the first upgrades I made on my Scott because the stock cranks were the same casting as a 180 but drilled at 160. There was this big blob of extra metal that knocked on everything. It makes sense to run shorter cranks on ebikes because the lower BB reduces clearance but you also don't need as high a max leverage ratio.

O...M...G... That Ohlin rear shock looks amazing on that bike. I did think that the yellow would look wrong but it actually works and looks utter mental!!! Personally I think replacing the grips, pedals and rotors for yellow/gold colour would make that bike look MINT!
Mount your Ebuke dash to your bottle cage bolts. Totally cleans up your cockpit and saves it in a crash. Plus when you turn it on, set to Turbo you don't need the buttons again until you turn it off

Gotta try the same sweep/rise/stem thing. Only got 2 bikes but still feels like the muscles in your back and arms are trained so differently depending on the cockpit setup
This Marin E1 upgrade makes perfect sense. Start with their base Alpine trail E1 model with the aluminum frame and bolt on top of the line components you pull mostly off your old bike. Then sell the nearly new parts you took off for $1k. They probably wanted the E1 for the aluminum frame anyway as opposed to the carbon on the E2 given the hell that Matt puts these bike thru.
I'd be more than happy to accept your semi-used spares....hehe mostly the 29" wheel and the brakes. Always fun watching an upgrade on any bike, CHEEEEEERS.

To answer the gearset question... chain width! 12speed chains vs 10speed the width of the chain is different. 10speed is thicker so technically stronger to handle the torque put through the pedals. Plus yeah you don't need mega climbing range, it's in the motor.

FSA make aftermarket cranks for Shimano motors. I think they're just a pair of left-side Hollowtech II arms.
Not sure about those rockshox forks but i know the difference with the new Zeb forks are they have duel piston debonair instead of a single piston.

Why you put dry lube on your cables?
In my case it was all crusty after a few weeks.
Better take a thin oil or something else but not dry lube!
