He asked nicely, and gave a bit of positive incentive, so Sawyer respected that and gave it to him. in episode 7, Sawyer said to Kate "all you had to do was say please" when she's trying to get the laptop batteries from him. Most people take it as him just being jokey/flirty b/c he likes Kate, but I think he truly meant it.
Exactly I think he genuinely just wants to be asked nicely and not treated like a dick. The only reason he’s such an ass is because he’s got such debilitating self hate

I'm currently rewatching a lot of your Buffy reactions. 😅 It's like, I know, I keep saying Lost is my #1 favorite show of all time. It's definitely better made (= more "well made" ? 🤔). But I somehow also get SOOOOO emotional over Buffy reactions. They are so lovely. The Body, The Gift, Once More With Feeling.... 🤤😭 Lost is not like that. In terms of emotions. So, it's hard for me to decide which reactions I enjoy more. I think I actually enjoy the Buffy ones more. But I'm probably gonna comment some stuff over there again, too. I think I was talking bullshit. 😅🤭 This episode was AMAZING.... 🤩 It's just, once you've seen EVERYTHING of Lost (and no spoilers here), it kind of switches your view a little. But when it hits, it hits HARD. 😅 Like just as hard as Buffy if not harder sometimes. At least every season finale is amazing. And I would warn you, just like you wore no make-up for The Body (which I'm proud of btw. 👍🤝), if there were any comparable Lost episode. But I'm gonna be the ass, I have a strict NO SPOILER policy..... 😅🤭🤷♂️
I would love that, this 1/week is almost as torturous as watching the show live was lol. At least we won't have to take months long breaks between seasons!
I don't think she should be looking at anything LOST-related online until she's finished the show. And I doubt she'll need much help with understanding stuff anyway...she's super smart and really paying attention.

Just like Lexi guessed (And the show fairly explicitly says), the psychic sent her on the plane b/c he saw it would land on the island, and she'd be forced to raise the baby herself. So nothing happened to 'no one but you', there was no couple, he did it to get her to the island.

Spoiler alert, but Lindelof and Cuse said in an interview that he was fraud. There is a deleted scene on the season 2 DVD where the guy said he was paid off by the couple that wanted to adopt in LA. There is also a season 3 DVD feature where the writers were working on stories, and at one point, the psychic was going to be the real Sawyer (who the letter was addressed to).
I want Lexi to get back to Angel. Lost is an interesting show of course, but spoilers spoilers I won't do it. If I could offer any direction it would be to Lucifer.
