- To commemorate the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of the JSS Mahavidyapeetha in Karnataka, the Golden Jubilee Endowment Lecture was organised and Sri M gave a talk on the topic - 'Sadhana - The Path of Liberation.

Thank you for these teachings and making them so easily accessible. Wonderful. A point re Question 5 - in addition to vipassana and mindfulness of the breath (anapanasati), the Buddha's teachings frequently mention jhāna (concentration practice), and then to use the jhānically-concentrated mind to investigate reality, which can give rise to deep insight (vipassana). Digha Nikaya 2 describes this path.
