2 of my 3 teen sons are vegan and a thin and muscular and can do loads of pulls, kickboxing wrestling etc. I got them into it years ago but didn’t stick with it. This is very motivating and excellent.
I had a rabbit a while back that only ate veg.
He got so stupid he sat in the road at night and just stared into headlights.
I wear his foot around my neck to remind me that eating lettuce does not make you smart.
We got a good stew out of the rest of him though, and got another rabbit .

Weight loss surgery. But got it done anyway. Kept it off for years. And with total cholesterol that is half what normal Americans’ LDL is. So Impressed.

Peanuts have processed oils, pasta is made from GMO corn or wheat and processed oils. Did you get around this or are you using processed crap?

If "the game" involves killing plants I am not sure I agree .
You can stand on high horses and spout off as much as you like on how great it may be but you have proved nothing more than your IT skills may have been compromised by consuming the diet you advocate?
You can eat meat nothing wrong with that, don’t minimize what the change of lifestyle has done for him, is not only about stop eating meat is about the life choices.
Is not an attack on people that consume animal product, but on the poor choices that take you not be able to put your socks on, to running ultra marathons, isn’t the most important?
