Current MoC Buff :

Does kafka needs to be built as a BE unit for the second team to work? Or just the regular build (full atk) also works?

I think it's just regular build, you got a lot BE buff from those 3 (MC, RM and Galager) also the Piggy buff your BE to. Cmiiw
