My workout based on this routine: all sets have 35-45 seconds of rest in between. adding 5 to 10 pounds a week for 4 to 6 weeks before taking a deload week
Punching bag non stop punching for 2 sets of 2 mins and 45 sec rest
Followed by 2 sets of 5 to failure pull ups
Bench Press 3 x 10
Incline DB Bench 3 x 10
Push ups 3 x 10
Db Overhead Press 3 x 10
DB High Pull 3 x 10
Bent over BB Row 3 x 10
Crunch 3 x 10
Russian Twist 2 x 15 or 3 x 10

Thanks! I just made a workout routine that I’m going to start tomorrow. But what workouts should we do for a lean lower body?
If you are looking to get lean, I would recomended to some cardio exercises along with healtier meals.
For the last one, make sure you ask professionals in nutrition so you don't endanger yourself with diets that are not fit for you.
That, alongside with the exercises seen in the video and proper rest will help you with your objective.
I agree with 👆 add in some cardio. It can be as simple as increasing your daily steps or it could be HITT training. Whatever works best for you, but ease into it if you’re not used to it

Could you perhaps do a video on being conditioned and lean like you mentioned at the end? It's hard to know the ratio of carbs to proteins to fats i should be eating and how much to eat in total. It'd also be good to know some suggestions for what to eat, such as knowing what constitutes bad carbs from lean carbs, and all around how these vary with body type and what you're trying to achieve

Great video! It came as a shock to me that I actually already do most of these exercises. I think what’s killing me tho is the way I eat, plus I’ve never done variation of deloading before. What is deloading and how do I know when to deload?
Thanks! On a deload, you'd basically cut your volume in half. So, it's an easy week for recovery. Typically it's done at the end of every cycle (about 3-6 weeks). Hope that helps!

Abs are actually indirectly worked during most exercises. My fav for abs is the loaded front carry tho.

Great question! I'd simply start with 3x10. Do that for a month or so and then change it up to 4x5-8 or 2-3x15-20.

I’d say HITT training would be your best bet and prob around 3-4 sessions per week. Really is dependent on the person though

Yes definitely but try to eventually build up to regular push ups. For legs, squats, RDLs, leg ext, leg curls, and machine calve raises are some good options
Any advice for a dude who has a fast metabolism and is 160 pounds. Cause I'm roughly the same build as Spiderman, I just need to start doing the work to have the body.

Sure! I’d do Barbell curls, DB curls, and machine curls primarily. Or if you’re at home do weighted backpack curls. For tris do dips, Pulldowns, close grip bench. Or at home do close grip push-ups and chair dips. Do 3x15 reps 2-3x per week and that should be a good start!
I play basketball almost everyday for about 5 hours, I’m a pretty lean guy but not a lot of muscle definition, just a skinny figure, what can I do to get bigger besides just workouts bc I’ve tried but I see no results.
Eat more and load up on the protein (~.8 - 1 x bw for number of grams of protein/day)
In my opinion, Raimi and Insomniac spider look the best

Nope, not unless you can only train two times or less per week

You can typically do alittle more volume on those. If they’re bodyweight you can do 4-5x per week and if they are weighted, maybe more like 3-4x per week. It just depends on how you split them up

Yes to both questions. Push-Ups and Pull-Ups would probably be the most difficult exercises but you can always perform assisted versions!

I’d do them 2-4x (4 for smaller muscles, and 2 for the chest and larger muscles) per week each. You can separate the muscles groups if you’d like
